The bot may start collecting personal data (such as the Telegram username) from the first interaction. Username in Telegram is personal data.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1816\">The bot\u2019s first message must contain information about consent to personal data processing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1854\">Consent can be given in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"2039\">\n<li data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1979\">\n<p data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1979\">Embedded text in the welcome message (e.g., \u201cBy clicking the button, you agree to the processing of your personal data\u201d);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2011\">\n<p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2011\">A link to a consent document;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2039\">\n<p data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2039\">An attached consent file.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2107\">A link to the privacy policy is also mandatory. In this case:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2560\">\n<li data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<p data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2444\">The offer must be provided before the sale starts;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2560\">\n<p data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2560\">Separate consent to personal data processing may not be required \u2014 launching the bot equals consent to the offer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2618\"><strong data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2618\">When to obtain consent for advertising mailing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2640\">If the bot involves:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2973\">\n<li data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2812\">\n<p data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2812\"><strong data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2673\">Only advertising mailings<\/strong> \u2014 consent for advertising mailing and personal data processing must be obtained before launching the bot (can be combined in one message);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2973\">\n<p data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2973\"><strong data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2844\">Sales or content delivery<\/strong> \u2014 consent for advertising mailing is obtained separately after the bot launch (e.g., via a separate message requesting consent).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"2996\"><strong data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"2996\">Mini-landing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3170\">Telegram mini-landing on BotHelp allows adding up to 5 documents, each with a separate checkbox. The user cannot proceed without agreeing to each point (checking each box).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3255\"><strong data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3255\">Can consent for advertising mailing be included in the mini-landing checkboxes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3257\" data-end=\"3322\">No, unless the bot is designed exclusively for mailings.
