This means any advertising, including commercial and personal, will be prohibited on these resources. The ban covers all types of advertising, including targeted ads, collaborations with bloggers, native integrations, stories and reels, as well as posts with indirect mentions of goods and services. Informing the public by a brand or specialist about their activity, including products, services, and prices, is not considered advertising.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1452\">However, directing users from Instagram to other social networks is not advertising. We first redirect, then advertise and sell.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1532\">In this case, before the sale, the user must be acquainted with the documents:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1641\">\n<li data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1579\">\n<p data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1579\">consent to the processing of personal data,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1597\">\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1597\">privacy policy,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1641\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1641\">offer agreement (if it is a remote sale).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1738\"><strong>Instagram<\/strong>* is recognized as an extremist organization in Russia. Using it for business purposes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1975\">\n<li data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1779\">\n<p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1779\">is not directly prohibited for users;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1975\">\n<p data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1975\">but may carry legal risks for companies \u2014 especially if personal data is collected and processed or services are sold.
