Chatbot<\/h3>\n

This is the functionality of the messenger platforms. By using BotHelp’s interaction with the VKontakte, Telegram, Viber*, WhatsApp*, Facebook*, and Instagram* APIs, you can set up an automatic message chain (script<\/a>) for the chatbot.<\/p>\n

Message chains have different purposes. We have several types of scripts in our platform: broadcasting, sequences, and flow. Let’s look at the main differences.<\/p>\n

One-time broadcasting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Broadcasting allows you to configure sending a single message on a specific date and time for the selected segments of people.<\/p>\n

Most often, it is used for one-time broadcasting to people, e.g., to remind them about an event. Available for VKontakte, Facebook*, Telegram, Viber*, WhatsApp*.<\/p>\n

It is not yet possible to send a broadcasting for Instagram*.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sequences<\/h3>\n

This is a message chain similar to a regular broadcasting, but the difference is that you can add multiple messages with a delay between them.<\/p>\n

Sequences are used to warm up people with a series of messages. It is sent regardless of the conditions or actions. Available for VKontakte, Facebook*, Telegram, Viber*, WhatsApp*.<\/p>\n

It is not yet possible to send a sequence for Instagram* .<\/em><\/p>\n

Flow<\/h3>\n

The flow’s functionality is the widest of all the chains in our platform. In the flow, you can create variable scripts, ask questions and add various actions depending on the answer, set conditions, and track clicks on links.<\/p>\n

The flow is suitable for creating complex chains with branches, collecting person information, creating surveys, tests, and so on. Available for VKontakte, Facebook*, Telegram, Viber*, WhatsApp* and Instagram*.<\/p>\n

Chain logic<\/h3>\n

Please note that all these types of chains are not related to each other and can run in parallel. Therefore, decide on the script of your funnel and choose one of the types of chains or make an elaborate combination of them.<\/p>\n

If the chain is edited, people will not receive modified messages if it has already been scheduled or sent. Modified messages will only be sent to new people for whom the chain has just started.<\/p>\n
