You can create an unlimited number of funnels.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"657\"><strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"657\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/vozmozhnosti-bothelp-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Platform capabilities<\/a>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unlimited Tariff<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tariff Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No limit on the number of subscribers.<\/li>\n<li>Includes up to 2 million messages per month.<\/li>\n<li>If monthly messages exceed 2 million, the account is not blocked; conditions are agreed individually with a personal manager.<\/li>\n<li>Personal manager included.<\/li>\n<li>Available only for payments via CloudPayments or bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>While on the Unlimited plan, you cannot change the payment system.<\/li>\n<li>Other payment methods cannot be used to switch to Unlimited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Switching to the Plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the \u201cSwitch to Unlimited\u201d button in the \u201cBilling\u201d section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-7465\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-1024x262.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-1024x262.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-768x197.png 768w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-1536x393.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/snimok-ekrana-2026-03-10-v-16.00.48-2048x524.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If subscribers exceed 100,000, the switch occurs automatically.<\/li>\n<li>For CloudPayments, the Unlimited plan takes effect from the next payment period.<\/li>\n<li>Until then, the standard limit-exceeding logic applies (see below \u201cUpgrade to Higher Tariff\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Switching from Unlimited to a limited tariff is done through a personal manager.<\/li>\n<li>For bank transfer payments, the tariff limitation logic still applies when exceeding limits.<\/li>\n<li>Switching to Unlimited is completed upon invoice payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"4hcnh7\" data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"82\"><span role=\"text\">Instagram Unlimited*<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"84\" data-end=\"189\">The Instagram Unlimited* mode is available for accounts that work with only <strong>one<\/strong> Instagram* channel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"206\"><strong data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"206\">Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"577\">\n<li data-section-id=\"821zz\" data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"416\">If only <strong data-start=\"218\" data-end=\"241\">1 Instagram channel<\/strong> is connected, these subscribers are <strong data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"293\">not counted<\/strong> for billing \u2014 they are unlimited. Payment is made according to the <strong data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"387\">minimum plan \u2014 1,599 RUB<\/strong>. See plans on the website.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ygnqy9\" data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"504\">The <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"448\">\u201cInstagram Unlimited\u201d<\/strong> mode is displayed in the <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"493\">Billing<\/strong>&nbsp;section.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1p6r6l5\" data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"577\">The mode is activated <strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"546\">automatically<\/strong> when the conditions are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"9gqxss\" data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"651\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"651\">New subscriber billing rules for Instagram (applies to all)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"873\">\n<li data-section-id=\"8im744\" data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"768\">Starting <strong data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"681\">April 6, 2026<\/strong>, new Instagram* subscribers <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"732\">will not be billed<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/interaction-window-on-instagram-up-to-7-days\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">after a 7-day interaction window<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"srk65r\" data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"873\">Existing subscribers (those before the release date) <strong data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"870\">are billed according to the previous rules<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1qs0t7q\" data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"930\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"930\">Behavior when changing channel composition<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1294\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-section-id=\"m8r643\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1165\"><em data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"992\">Adding a second Instagram channel or another messenger<\/em>* to the account \u2014 a warning about recalculating the limit appears, and the <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1091\">Instagram Unlimited<\/strong> mode is disabled. Any excess is billed according <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/overview-of-tariffs-and-payments\/#upgrading-to-a-higher-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to standard mechanics<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nvwqj9\" data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1294\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><em data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1211\">Returning to a single Instagram channel<\/em>* \u2014 the mode is <strong data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1253\">automatically restored<\/strong> at the start of the next billing period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"687\"><strong data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"687\">Trial (Test) Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"795\">When registering, users get a 14-day trial period. After this period, you need to activate a subscription.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"891\">The trial period expires when a paid subscription is activated and cannot be combined with it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"928\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/probnyj-period\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learn more about the trial period<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"972\"><strong data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"972\">Subscription Activation (Payment)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1185\">A subscription is the way to pay for the platform. You pay once every 30 days and use the service. Funds are automatically withdrawn from the linked card. No manual renewal or re-linking of the card is required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1252\">In BotHelp, there are two types of subscriptions for our clients:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<li data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1336\">\n<p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1336\"><strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1279\">CloudPayments (CP):<\/strong> subscription payment possible with a Russian ruble card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1411\"><strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1353\">Robokassa:<\/strong> subscription payment possible with an international card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1353\">FastSpring:<\/strong> subscription payment possible with an international card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1438\"><strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1438\">Non-Cash Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1531\">Legal entities can pay via bank transfer. More details are available in a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/oplata-dlya-yuridicheskih-licz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1554\"><strong data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1554\">Auto-Renewal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1661\">Auto-renewal is enabled on the first payment. You can cancel auto-renewal by stopping the subscription.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1661\">Also, if you no longer plan to use the account, don\u2019t forget to cancel the subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1809\"><strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1809\">Canceling Subscription (Disabling Auto-Debit) and Account Deactivation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"2008\">To cancel your subscription, click the corresponding button in the <strong>Billing<\/strong> section. Access to the platform will remain until the end of the paid period, after which the account will be stopped.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2069\">A message saying <strong data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2054\">\u201cAuto-renewal disabled\u201d<\/strong> should appear.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Account Deactivation after the Trial Period:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the trial period in the dashboard has ended and 14 days have passed without payment, the account will be deleted.<br \/>\n<em>Example:<\/em> You activated a 14-day trial on November 1, 2025. The trial ends on November 14, and if no payment is made, the account will be deleted on November 28.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Deactivation after Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the account has been paid, it can be deleted 6 months after the last login to the dashboard.<br \/>\n<em>Example:<\/em> Your paid tariff ended on November 1, 2025. You will receive a deletion notice 6 months later, on March 1, 2026. If you log in at least once during this period, the 6-month countdown resets. Logging in on January 1 will move the deletion date to July 1, 2026.<\/li>\n<li>If your domain was deleted, you will need to create a new account on the BotHelp platform via <a href=\"https:\/\/auth.bothelp.io\/signup?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">registration<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2106\"><strong data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2106\">Upgrading to a Higher Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2391\">Once your subscriber count exceeds the limit for your current plan, your tariff will automatically upgrade to the next level. The account continues to work. The price difference will be charged as an additional fee during the next payment. This works if the subscription is active.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2391\">If the subscription is disabled and subscriber count exceeds the plan limit, the account will stop working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More about plan upgrades, exceeding subscriber limits, and downgrades is explained in the article <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/smena-tarifa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2623\">Changing Tariff<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2664\"><strong data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2664\">Which Subscribers Are Charged<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2901\">All subscribers are charged except those who blocked the chat with the bot\/community. If a subscriber unsubscribed from automatic messages but can still receive messages on behalf of the community\/channel, they are counted for billing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"3022\">You can find unsubscribed subscribers in the <strong data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"2963\">Subscribers<\/strong> section by <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/filtracziya-podpischikov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filtering<\/a> with the rule <strong data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3021\">Unsubscribed = Yes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3024\" data-end=\"3081\">More details are in the article <a href=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/udalenie-podpischikov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3080\">Deleting Subscribers<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3105\"><strong data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3105\">Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3265\">Refunds are possible within 7 days from the date of payment. If you stopped using the platform but forgot to cancel your subscription, please contact support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3267\" data-end=\"3450\">(!) Only the payment for the new month is refundable. Overdue payments for exceeding limits from the previous month cannot be refunded. Please monitor your subscriber count carefully.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"m44jpk\" data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"71\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"58\" data-end=\"71\">Discounts<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"73\" data-end=\"264\">Discounts are available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when paying for a plan with <strong data-start=\"173\" data-end=\"203\">20,000 or more subscribers<\/strong> for <strong data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"226\">6 or 12 months<\/strong> \u2014 <strong data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"236\">15%<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"248\">25%<\/strong> respectively.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"436\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">You can download the invoice from your <strong data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"324\">BotHelp account<\/strong> in the <strong data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"351\">Billing<\/strong>&nbsp;section or request it from your <strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"412\">personal account manager<\/strong> for enterprise clients.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3470\"><strong data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3470\">Questions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3472\" data-end=\"3506\"><strong data-start=\"3472\" data-end=\"3506\">How to change the linked card?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3508\" data-end=\"3683\">If needed, you can change the card linked to your BotHelp account. The account will continue working during this process, and the next payment will be charged to the new card.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3774\">The procedure depends on the payment system you used previously for BotHelp subscription.<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3776\" data-end=\"3834\">\n<li data-start=\"3776\" data-end=\"3834\">\n<p data-start=\"3779\" data-end=\"3834\">Cancel the current subscription (disable auto-renewal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3836\" data-end=\"3962\">Your account will continue working until the end of the paid period, then the subscription will end and the account will stop.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" data-start=\"3964\" data-end=\"3995\">\n<li data-start=\"3964\" data-end=\"3995\">\n<p data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"3995\">Reactivate the subscription.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3997\" data-end=\"4288\">In your account\u2019s <strong data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4026\">Billing<\/strong> section, find and click <strong data-start=\"4051\" data-end=\"4076\">Activate Subscription<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4080\" \/>Pay for the new subscription with the new card.<br data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4130\" \/>Done. The new card is linked, and the paid subscription will start immediately after the current one expires. Future payments will be charged to the new card.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4295\" data-end=\"4321\"><strong data-start=\"4295\" data-end=\"4321\">How to pay in advance?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4518\">In CP, you can pay in advance if your account is active but auto-renewal is disabled. Activate the subscription before the current period ends, and the account will continue without interruption.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4520\" data-end=\"4664\">Before payment, a warning will appear that the new subscription starts after the current one finishes. So, you can pay for one new subscription.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"4671\" data-end=\"4726\">Can I transfer payment from one account to another?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4728\" data-end=\"4879\">No, this is not possible. Subscription activation is linked to the CP payment service and occurs only upon payment. There is no manual transfer method.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4881\" data-end=\"4999\">We can refund mistakenly paid amounts for one account, but the user must activate the subscription in another account.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5006\" data-end=\"5063\"><strong data-start=\"5006\" data-end=\"5063\">Mobile Adaptation of the \u201cTariff and Payment\u201d Section<\/strong><\/p>\n<p
