Messages from all connected channels appear in <strong data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"196\">Dialogs<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dii\" src=\"https:\/\/files.carrotquest.io\/knowledge-bases-images\/articles\/49290\/49290-1648040335751-54rb68sv.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"269\">You can use the AI agent capabilities to communicate with subscribers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"521\">The virtual support agent embedded in the bot helps users by answering questions based on a Knowledge Base related to the client\u2019s product or project. To appear here, messages must not be replies to the bot\u2019s &#8220;question&#8221; block.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1652\">\n<p data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1652\"><strong data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1479\">Assigned<\/strong> \u2014 dialogs assigned to specific <a href=\"https:\/\/help.testbh.ru\/kak-dobavit-sotrudnika\/\">employees<\/a> (if you have multiple agents). Click the icon and select an employee to assign. While in spam, users don\u2019t show in subscribers but are still billed. If a subscriber passes any bot, their dialog leaves spam.
