The “People” section displays a list of all people (active or unsubscribed\/those who blocked the chat) from all channels (active and disabled).<\/p>\n

Who becomes a person<\/h2>\n

After connecting your channel to the platform, everyone who interacts with your community\/flow in messages in any way becomes your person.<\/p>\n

(!) Even if people just text you in the community, they will become your people. <\/em><\/p>\n

By clicking on the person’s name or avatar, you can open a separate window with their profile.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This window contains basic information about the person and the message history with them (chat).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You can also see a username<\/a> (nickname) in Telegram and a link to the profile in VKontakte.<\/p>\n


\n(!) If an ID is displayed in the “Account” field instead of the Telegram username, it means that the person did not create a username or hid the data in privacy settings. <\/em><\/p>\n

Active people<\/h2>\n

An active person<\/strong> is a person to whom you can send a message. You can view the number of active<\/strong> people in the payment section.<\/p>\n

You can filter, export, or delete people<\/a>.<\/p>\n

How to select all people<\/h2>\n

To select all people from the top in the “People” section, click on the checkbox in the drop-down list and click on the “Select all” checkbox.<\/p>\n

You can select only those who are displayed on the page. To do this, click on the upper checkbox.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To select a specific person, click on the checkbox next to their name.<\/p>\n

Actions with people<\/h2>\n

\u25b6 You can perform actions with flows<\/a> in the person’s profile:<\/p>\n

  1. See which flow and which step the person is in.<\/li>\n
  2. Add a person to the flow for a specific step.<\/li>\n
  3. Remove a person from the flow (stop the flow from working for them).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
