There are many reasons why this might happen, most often related to bot logic errors or edits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"241\"><strong data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"241\">Bot launch not configured<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"420\">After <a href=\"\/sozdaem-sczenarij-bota-chast1\/\">activating and testing the bot<\/a>, you must set it up to launch for external subscribers. Otherwise, other users won&#8217;t be able to start the bot and will not receive messages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"516\">All methods for triggering a bot message sequence are described in the article \u2192 <a href=\"\/zapusk-bota\/\"><em data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"515\">Bot Launch<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"538\"><strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"538\">Statistics reset<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"646\">If the multi-step bot&#8217;s statistics are reset, it will stop for all subscribers currently going through it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"670\"><strong data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"670\">Account suspension<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"899\">If the <a href=\"\/tarify-i-oplata\/\">account<\/a> was temporarily suspended due to an expired subscription or exceeding the subscriber limit, bots or autoresponders may stop for some subscribers. This depends on the duration of inactivity and the bot\u2019s settings.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1165\">\n<li data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<p data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1038\">If the bot was in a waiting state and the account was active at the time of the next step, the bot will continue for that subscriber.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1165\">\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1165\">If a bot step was supposed to trigger during the inactive period, the bot will end for that subscriber with no continuation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1183\"><strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1183\">Logic errors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1236\">A multi-step bot sequence ends for a subscriber if:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1278\">\n<p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1278\">they are on a step that was deleted;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1341\">\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1341\">they reach a step that doesn\u2019t lead anywhere (a dead end);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1409\">\n<p data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1409\">they exit through a \u201cyes\u201d or \u201cno\u201d condition that leads nowhere;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1445\">\n<p data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1445\">the bot was stopped or deleted;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1483\">\n<p data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1483\">the subscriber restarted the bot;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1626\">\n<p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1626\">there was a transition to another multi-step bot. The current bot stops if the transition was set via an \u201cAction\u201d block in the final step;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1877\">the bot scenario stops when a subscriber clicks a button from earlier messages that launches a different scenario within the same bot. This often happens in Telegram, where buttons under text messages don\u2019t disappear, and in VK with inline buttons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1894\"><strong data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1894\">Bot editing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2053\">When editing a bot, it&#8217;s important to note that the next step is scheduled as soon as the previous step completes. Only one next step is scheduled at a time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2083\"><strong data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2083\">When changing the delay:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2459\">\n<li data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2312\">\n<p data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2312\">A subscriber already on a delay step will continue waiting for the <strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2172\">original delay<\/strong>. After that, the next step will send. If the next step was deleted or its connection removed, nothing will be sent and the bot will stop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2459\">\n<p data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2459\">A subscriber who reaches the updated delay step will wait according to the <strong data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2403\">new delay<\/strong>. The same applies to new subscribers launching the bot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2486\"><strong data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2486\">When editing content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2659\">\n<li data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2659\">\n<p data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2659\">The updated step will only be sent to subscribers who reach this step <strong data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2569\">after<\/strong> the edit. For example, those who restart the bot or return to this step through the flow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2687\"><strong data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2687\">When adding new steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2691\" data-end=\"2839\">Subscribers who reached the end (a dead end) and completed the sequence will not receive the new steps \u2014 the bot\/autoresponder has ended for them.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2691\" data-end=\"2839\">Subscribers who are still in a delay step or haven\u2019t reached the end of the sequence will receive the newly
