How to launch a message flow. How to add a subscriber to a specific bot step<\/strong><\/p>\n

After creating a chatbot flow, you need to make it possible for people to subscribe to it.<\/p>\n

There are several ways to launch a flow for a subscriber. Below are all the options.<\/p>\n

Launching for a single subscriber<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can manually add a subscriber to a bot at a specific step from their profile. To do this:<\/p>\n

    Go to the subscriber’s profile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Find the “Add to bot”<\/strong> section<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Select the bot from the list<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Choose the required step in the bot flow<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Click Save<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To remove them manually, click the X<\/strong> next to the bot\u2019s name.<\/p>\n
