Uploading videos to the Video Storage<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe video storage<\/strong> is a special section in the BotHelp personal account where all uploaded video files for Telegram bots are stored. After uploading, the video becomes available for insertion into the steps of the bot.<\/p>\nThere are two ways to upload a video to the storage:<\/p>\n
1. Through the Telegram bot step<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Go to the Flows<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
- Select an existing bot or create a new one.<\/li>\n
- Open the bot in edit mode.<\/li>\n
- Add a new Message<\/strong> type step.<\/li>\n
- Add a card Video up to 2 GB<\/strong> inside the step.<\/li>\n
- Download the required file from your device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
The download will start automatically:<\/em><\/p>\n\n- Videos up to 50 MB<\/strong> are uploaded immediately to the Storage and to the step card. After successful download, activation is not required \u2014 the video can be used immediately.<\/li>\n
- Videos over 50 MB<\/strong> are uploaded only to the Storage<\/strong>. To use it in the bot, you must first activate the video (see below in \u201cActivating video”).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Drag and drop the video file to the download area or click on it to select the file manually.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
The video will appear in the file list and the download will start automatically:<\/em><\/p>\n\n- For videos up to 50 MB<\/strong>, activation is not required after successful download \u2014 the video can be used immediately.<\/li>\n
- For videos over 50 MB<\/strong>, after successful download, you must activate the video (see below in \u201cActivating video”).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Important!<\/strong> During the download, do not close the browser tab and do not log out of your personal account. This may cause the download to fail and the video file to be lost.<\/p>\n3. Via a Mini-Landing or VK Landing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Go to the Growth Tools<\/strong> section in your personal dashboard.<\/li>\n
- Create a new tool and select Mini-Landing<\/strong> or VK Landing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- In the page content, add a video and upload it from the Storage<\/strong> or upload a new one. After uploading, the video will be automatically saved to the Storage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Activation is required to send videos larger than 50 MB via the Telegram bot. It guarantees fast and uninterrupted video delivery to subscribers.<\/p>\n
To activate it, you must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Access to the video in the BotHelp account.<\/li>\n
- An authorized Telegram account.<\/li>\n
- The Telegram channel connected to BotHelp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Where can I activate the video:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Through the card Video up to 2 GB<\/strong> in the Message<\/strong> step in the Bot Constructor.<\/li>\n
- Through the Storage<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
How is the activation going:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Click Activate<\/strong> next to the desired video.<\/li>\n
- Select the Telegram channel for activation: There is no choice required in the Bot Constructor, the channel has already been defined.<\/li>\n
- You will be automatically redirected to Telegram.<\/li>\n
- The selected video will be sent to the chat with your bot.<\/li>\n
- After successful submission, the video is considered activated<\/strong> and will be available for adding to the step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If videos from the Storage<\/strong> have already been activated for the channel, new uploaded videos can be activated automatically for the same channel \u2014 without additional actions.
\nTo disable automatic activation, delete the subscriber who is being activated.<\/p>\nPop-up windows in Chrome<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Open the Chrome<\/strong> browser on your computer.<\/li>\n
- In the top-right corner, click the three-dot icon and select Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

Pop-up windows in Safari<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- To allow pop-ups in Safari, open the browser settings and go to Websites<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- In the Pop-up Windows<\/strong> menu, select Allow<\/strong> for the desired site, or disable the general blocking option in Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Safari<\/strong> \u2192 Block Pop-ups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

\nEditing and deleting videos is available to agents with the following roles: Administrator and Editor.
