The post is made up of cards: text, media, and a button. You can rearrange the cards.<\/p>\n

Media<\/strong><\/p>\n
You can add an image, video, or a gallery with multiple images to the post. Upload the file from your computer.<\/p>\n
The same limitations apply as for Telegram message blocks in the Flow Builder:<\/p>\n

- Image<\/strong> \u2014 JPG\/JPEG is recommended, up to 50 MB. The sum of the width and height must not exceed 10,000 px, and the aspect ratio must not exceed 20.<\/li>\n
- Gallery<\/strong> \u2014 from 2 to 10 images, up to 5 MB each. For more information, see the \u201cTelegram Gallery\u201d<\/a> article.<\/li>\n
- Video<\/strong> \u2014 .mp4 or .mov format, up to 50 MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The uploaded image is not cropped \u2014 the original image is sent to the channel.<\/p>\n
The caption is sent together with the media. Use the toggle to place the text above or below the media. The cards in the editor will automatically change their order so that you can see the final layout.<\/p>\n
Important:<\/strong> The gallery is not available if a button has been added to the post. Choose one option: either multiple images or a button.<\/p>\n
Button<\/strong><\/p>\n
You can optionally add one button<\/strong>. Three types are available:<\/p>\n

- Link<\/strong> \u2014 to a website or any external page.<\/li>\n
- Launch bot<\/strong> \u2014 to a bot or a specific step in a bot.<\/li>\n
- Mini App<\/strong> \u2014 to a Telegram Mini App.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
For any button type, you can choose the button color. The same link requirements apply as for Telegram buttons in the Flow Builder.<\/p>\n
The button is optional: you can publish the post without one.<\/p>\n
Optionally, add one button:<\/p>\n

- With a link to the bot or a specific step in the flow.<\/li>\n
- In the button settings, you can enable Ignore repeated launch<\/strong> and specify the ignore period by entering a number and selecting Minutes<\/strong> or Hours<\/strong>.

During this period, a repeated click on the button by the same subscriber will not launch the flow again. The flow that has already started continues without interruption.<\/p>\nBy default, the option is disabled, so every button click launches the flow again.<\/p>\n
The minimum value is 1<\/strong>. The maximum is 180<\/strong> when Minutes<\/strong> is selected and 99,999<\/strong> when Hours<\/strong> is selected.<\/p>\n
Important:<\/strong> If you enter a value above the maximum, the post cannot be saved and an error will be displayed in the field.<\/p>\n
How the ignore period works:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u2014 The countdown starts with the first launch<\/strong> and is tracked separately for each subscriber + button<\/strong> pair.
\n\u2014 Repeated launches during the ignore period do not extend or reset the countdown. The window remains fixed from the first launch.
\n\u2014 When the period expires, the next button click launches the flow again and starts a new ignore period.
\n\u2014 The option applies only to this specific button. Another Growth Tool or keyword can trigger independently.
\n\u2014 If you change the ignore period or disable the option, the changes also apply to ignore periods that are already in progress. The remaining time is recalculated according to the new settings, and disabling the option immediately removes the restriction.
\n\u2014 When you duplicate the tool within the account, the option’s status and ignore period are copied along with the button.<\/p>\nThe option takes effect from the moment it is enabled. Launches that occurred before it was enabled are not included in the countdown.<\/li>\n
- The button is optional. Click Save and Send<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Publishing<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Choose when to publish the post:<\/p>\n

- Publish now<\/strong> \u2014 the default option. The post is published to the channel immediately after saving.<\/li>\n
- Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 specify the publication date and time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You cannot select a date or time in the past. The field will be highlighted with an error.<\/p>\n

The published post can be edited directly from BotHelp.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Macros cannot be used in the text.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

If the post is deleted in Telegram, BotHelp will display the status Deleted<\/em> \u2014 it cannot be edited, only the tool can be removed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

A draft can be created if the post has not yet been published or was deleted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

If the channel\/group is disconnected from BotHelp, when trying to edit a post you will see a notification and a button to reconnect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

When deleting the growth tool \u201cPost with button\u201d in BotHelp, the post will also be deleted in Telegram.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

If in the Flow Builder you delete the deeplink for the step specified in the post button, the bot will not launch when this button is clicked.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
