{"id":3915,"date":"2025-08-05T14:54:40","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T11:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/?p=3915"},"modified":"2026-03-25T18:46:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T15:46:05","slug":"urovni-partnyorskoj-programmy-i-usloviya-ih-izmeneniya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/urovni-partnyorskoj-programmy-i-usloviya-ih-izmeneniya\/","title":{"rendered":"Partnership Program Levels and Conditions for Their Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"162\"><strong data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"160\">BotHelp Partnership Program Levels and Conditions for Change<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"215\">The BotHelp partnership program has three levels:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"465\">\n<li data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"297\">\n<p data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"297\"><strong data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"226\">PRO<\/strong> \u2014 25% commission, free account for 3 months up to 1,000 subscribers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"381\">\n<p data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"381\"><strong data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"310\">Rocket<\/strong> \u2014 30% commission, free account for 3 months up to 5,000 subscribers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"465\">\n<p data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"465\"><strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"393\">Elite<\/strong> \u2014 35% commission, free account for 3 months up to 10,000 subscribers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"488\"><strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"486\">Starting Level<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"551\">All new participants of the program start at the PRO level.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"573\"><strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"571\">Level Upgrade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"651\">A level upgrade is possible when meeting either of the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"761\">\n<li data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"702\">\n<p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"702\">reaching a certain number of active referrals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"761\">\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"761\">reaching a certain amount of paid tariffs by referrals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"824\">Once the partner meets the requirements for the next level:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"990\">\n<li data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"890\">\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"890\">the status is updated automatically in the Partner Dashboard<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"990\">\n<p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"990\">the partner immediately receives the new commission rate and bonuses of the corresponding level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1014\"><strong data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1012\">Level Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1253\">After an upgrade, the new commission rate and bonuses remain in effect until the next annual review. Thus, when moving to Rocket or Elite, the partner receives the higher commission rate and bonuses until January of the following year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1368\">Important: if a level is reached during the year, changes take effect immediately after the conditions are met.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1398\"><strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1396\">Annual Partner Review<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1445\">\n<p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1445\"><strong data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1418\">Review date:<\/strong> January 15 of each year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1525\">\n<p data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1525\">On this day, the partner\u2019s status is recalculated in the Partner Dashboard.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<p data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1556\">The following are checked:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<li data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1650\">\n<p data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1650\">the number of active paying referrals in the last month (December of the previous year)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1756\">paid plans (6- or 12-month tariffs) are also counted, as they guarantee activity on the review date<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1779\"><strong data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1777\">Review Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"2012\">\n<li data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1896\">\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1896\">\u2714 If the number of active referrals matches the requirements of the current level, the partner keeps the level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"2012\">\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2012\">\u2716 If none of the months during the control period met the requirements, the partner is downgraded by one level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2046\"><strong data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2044\">Consequences of Downgrade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2071\">In case of downgrade:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2219\">\n<li data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2140\">\n<p data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2140\">the partner loses higher-level bonuses (e.g., commission rate),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2219\">\n<p data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2219\">but continues to use the free account until the end of the granted period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2255\"><strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2253\">Level Calculation Algorithm<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"3049\">\n<li data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2334\">\n<p data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2334\"><strong data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2281\">Start of the year<\/strong> \u2013 the current level is fixed (PRO, Rocket, Elite).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2640\">\n<p data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2409\"><strong data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2357\">During the year<\/strong> \u2013 after each referral\u2019s payment for the platform:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2640\">\n<li data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2452\">\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2452\">the total payment amount is updated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2456\" data-end=\"2501\">\n<p data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2501\">the number of active referrals is updated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2640\">\n<p data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2640\">if the requirements for the next level are met (e.g., \u226511 referrals or \u2265200,000 \u20bd for Rocket), the partner is immediately upgraded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2745\">\n<p data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2745\"><strong data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2661\">After upgrade<\/strong> \u2013 the partner receives new bonuses and commission rate until the end of the year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2940\">\n<p data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2794\"><strong data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2763\">January 15<\/strong> \u2013 the review is carried out:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2940\">\n<li data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2887\">\n<p data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2887\">if the number of active referrals meets the level requirements, the level is retained<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"2940\">\n<p data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2940\">if not, the partner is downgraded by one step<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2941\" data-end=\"3049\">\n<p data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"3049\"><strong data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2963\">After downgrade<\/strong> \u2013 higher-level bonuses are canceled, and the partner continues under the new level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3316\"><strong data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3064\">Example:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3067\" \/>If in May a partner moves to the Rocket level, they start receiving Rocket commission rates immediately after meeting the conditions.
