When the flow is launched, the participant receives their unique raffle number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
The flow records the participant in a shared table and provides information about the date, time, and location of the raffle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
The participant receives a reminder 10 minutes before the raffle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
The flow’s work ends, and the raffle is conducted using a random number generator.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Participant numbers will be recorded in Google Sheets. You need to create this table beforehand.<\/p>\n

Next, create a field where the subscriber\u2019s unique number will be recorded.<\/p>\n
In the BotHelp dashboard, go to Settings \u2192 Custom Fields<\/strong>, and click Add New Field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Name the field. To edit:<\/p>\n Click Edit<\/strong> in the top right corner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The participant lands on the \u201cAlready received a number?\u201d<\/strong> condition<\/a>, which checks if the Contest<\/strong> field is filled. This prevents participants from getting multiple numbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Click Add Condition<\/strong>, select the numeric field Contest<\/strong>, and choose Filled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Save the step (Save and Close<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Click the step and select Actions with Fields\/Variables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Choose the global variable (e.g., Number<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Action type: Mathematical operations on value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Insert the macro for the variable Add another Action with Fields\/Variables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Select the Contest<\/strong> field, type: Mathematical operations on value<\/strong>, and insert the global variable macro.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n This saves the generated number to the participant\u2019s profile.
