They have to subscribe to the appropriate channel.<\/li>\n<li>The agent changed their Telegram nickname. Enter their current Telegram nickname.<\/li>\n<li>The agent&#8217;s Telegram nickname was entered wrong. Enter the correct nickname.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Sending notifications to the agent using the &#8220;External Query&#8221; block<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/video_ext.php?oid=-132741842&amp;id=456239989&amp;hd=2\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/_RPabXEsWnY?si=vB6rq-ZIeNEaeHg9\">Video on YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Using the &#8220;External Query&#8221; block, you can make sure that notifications about person actions are automatically sent to the agent in Telegram. For example, if a person got into a flow or went through a certain step.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme will work as follows.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a Telegram channel where notifications will be sent.<\/li>\n<li>There is a Telegram flow that will send notifications to this channel.\n<ul>\n<li>The flow is the admin of the channel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There is the &#8220;External Query&#8221; block set up in BotHelp, where the specific flow, the&nbsp; specific information and the specific channel to which this flow is to send the information are entered.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;External Query&#8221; executes a customized query for each person who gets to this step of the BotHelp chatbot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Steps to set up the flow and Telegram channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Create a flow through which notifications will be sent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can create a flow using <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/BotFather\">@BotFather<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed instructions on how to create a flow in Telegram are <a href=\"https:\/\/help.testbh.ru\/podklyuchenie-telegram\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> To further set up the &#8220;External Query&#8221;, you will need the API token of the created flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Create a channel to receive notifications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have to create a public channel so that you can set its system name in the link to the channel.<\/li>\n<li>The screenshot below shows the system name of the channel: <strong>BotHelpNotification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/files.carrotquest.io\/knowledge-bases-images\/articles\/49290\/49290-1675231119117-tm5w3veh.png\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> You will need this system channel name to further configure the external query.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Add the created flow to the channel and make it the channel administrator.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediately after creating a channel, you can add a previously created flow to the channel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Setting up &#8220;External Query&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Add an &#8220;Action&#8221; type step in the BotHelp chatbot constructor and select &#8220;External Query&#8221; in it.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\" src=\"https:\/\/files.carrotquest.io\/knowledge-bases-images\/articles\/49290\/49290-1675229265373-hi52hwr1.png\" \/><br \/>\n2. In the external query settings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specify the type of GET query<\/li>\n<li>Insert a link in the URL field: <code>https:\/\/api.telegram.org\/bot&lt;MyToken&gt;\/sendMessage?chat_id=&lt;tgChatId&gt;&amp;text=&lt;your_message&gt;<\/code><\/li>\n<li>In the inserted link:\n<ul>\n<li>Instead of <code>&lt;MyToken&gt;<\/code>, insert the API token of your Telegram flow that was created earlier.<\/li>\n<li>Instead of <code>&lt;tgChatId&gt;<\/code>, insert the system name of your channel in the <code>@channelname<\/code> format<\/li>\n<li>Instead of <code>&lt;your_message&gt;<\/code>, insert the text of the notification that you want to receive in the specified Telegram channel. You can insert macros that will be automatically replaced by the person&#8217;s field values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Example of the final query: <code>https:\/\/api.telegram.org\/bot6195556170:AAF1478IT8L9xVkAtP-__g3HmY1234xl_RM\/sendMessage?chat_id=@BotHelpNotification&amp;text=Name:{%first_name%};Identifier:{%cuid%}<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With
