When connecting a new VKontakte community to BotHelp, you can automatically import all users who have previously messaged the community, meaning they have consented to receive messages. This can be done either during the connection process or later in the People<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Import when adding a channel<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Go to Settings<\/strong> in the left menu and select the Channels<\/strong> section. Click Add new channel<\/strong> and choose the channel type \u2014 VKontakte. After selecting the community, add the channel.<\/p>\n

The platform will automatically prompt you to import subscribers. Click \u201cYes, import\u201d<\/strong>.
