You can also add your organization\u2019s channel in MAX to publish news.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"621\">Flow registration in the messenger is available <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"558\">only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in Russia<\/strong> (registration for other countries is currently unavailable).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"784\">There is no longer a need to use a profile on RuStore or the MSP.RF portal. A new browser window will open for login or registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1473\">Logging in or Registering on MAX<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1817\">\n<li data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1557\">\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1557\">If you are already registered, use your existing credentials (email or phone).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1817\">\n<p data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1628\">If you are new to the platform and followed the link from BotHelp:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1817\">\n<li data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1724\">Enter your phone number \u2014 it is recommended to use your organization\u2019s corporate number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1817\">\n<p data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1817\">Enter the SMS code sent to this number. Done! You are now authorized on the platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1963\"><strong data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1833\">Important:<\/strong> One phone number or email corresponds to a single organization profile and all linked services: flows, mini-apps, and channels.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2000\"><strong>Organization Profile Login<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2151\">\n<li data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2123\">\n<p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2123\">Enter your organization\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2038\">INN<\/strong> (10 or 12 digits), click <strong data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2081\">Next \u2192 Create<\/strong>, and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2151\">\n<p data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2151\">Complete verification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2187\"><strong>Organization Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2396\">Verification confirms that your business is officially registered. Only the <strong data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2294\">owner of the organization<\/strong> (sole executive) or a representative with first or sole signature rights can complete verification.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2527\">If your organization is not verified, you will see the <strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2477\">Confirm Organization<\/strong> screen. To verify and access platform services:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"3052\">\n<li data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2600\">\n<p data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2600\">Click <strong data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2549\">Confirm<\/strong> to go to your organization\u2019s personal dashboard.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2715\">\n<p data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2635\">Choose a verification method:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2715\">\n<li data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2715\">\n<p data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2715\">Through <strong data-start=\"2649\" data-end=\"2662\">Gosuslugi<\/strong> or banking services <strong data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2694\">Alfa ID<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2696\" data-end=\"2713\">T-Business ID<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2850\">\n<p data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2850\">On Gosuslugi, your organization must have a personal account. In the selected bank, your account must be opened and owned by you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2897\">\n<p data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2897\">Select the service and click <strong data-start=\"2883\" data-end=\"2894\">Connect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2898\" data-end=\"2941\">\n<p data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"2941\">Authorize your account in the service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"3052\">\n<p data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"3052\">Confirm consent to share your organization\u2019s data via SMS code. Verification usually takes a few minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3054\" data-end=\"3078\"><strong>Manual Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3299\">\n<li data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3115\">\n<p data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3115\">Click <strong data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3112\">Go to Questionnaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3116\" data-end=\"3237\">\n<p data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3237\">Fill in required fields in the contact sections and questionnaire, upload necessary documents, and click <strong data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3234\">Finish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3299\">\n<p data-start=\"3241\" data-end=\"3299\">Manual verification usually takes up to 4 business days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"3306\" data-end=\"3332\">Creating a Flow in MAX<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<li data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3421\">\n<p data-start=\"3337\" data-end=\"3421\">After verification, MAX for business will be available. Create a <strong data-start=\"3402\" data-end=\"3418\">flow request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3568\">\n<p data-start=\"3425\" data-end=\"3568\">Fill out a short form in the request. The hint says moderation may take up to 24 hours; in practice, approval can be obtained within an hour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3569\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<p data-start=\"3572\" data-end=\"3589\">After approval:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<li data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3635\">\n<p data-start=\"3595\" data-end=\"3635\">A green checkmark appears on the flow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<p data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3706\">The flow token is available under the <strong data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3695\">Integrations<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"3713\" data-end=\"3739\">Connecting the Channel<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"3741\" data-end=\"3900\">\n<li data-start=\"3741\" data-end=\"3766\">\n<p data-start=\"3744\" data-end=\"3766\">Copy the flow token.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3900\">\n<p data-start=\"3770\" data-end=\"3900\">Return to the BotHelp dashboard \u2192 <strong data-start=\"3804\" data-end=\"3851\">Settings \u2192 Channels \u2192 Add New Channel \u2192 MAX<\/strong>, and paste the token in the connection window.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"4000\">Now you can create funnels and communicate with subscribers directly from the BotHelp dashboard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4002\" data-end=\"4086\"><strong data-start=\"4002\" data-end=\"4084\">Subscriber interaction via MAX is available in the following BotHelp sections:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4088\" data-end=\"4151\">\n<li data-start=\"4088\" data-end=\"4099\">\n<p data-start=\"4090\" data-end=\"4099\">Dialogs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4100\" data-end=\"4115\">\n<p data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4115\">Subscribers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4125\">\n<p data-start=\"4118\" data-end=\"4125\">Flows<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4126\" data-end=\"4151\">\n<p data-start=\"4128\" data-end=\"4151\">Automation \u2014 Greeting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4158\" data-end=\"4178\">Editing the Flow<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4180\" data-end=\"4354\">The flow\u2019s <strong data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4224\">avatar, name, and description<\/strong> are edited on the MAX side in the <strong data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4279\">MAX for Business<\/strong> interface (where you submitted the flow request and obtained the token).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4368\"><strong data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4366\">Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4862\">\n<li data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4457\">\n<p data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4457\">Log in to the MAX dashboard under the organization for which the flow was created.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4458\" data-end=\"4549\">\n<p data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4549\">Open the <strong data-start=\"4470\" data-end=\"4496\">MAX for Business flows<\/strong> section (where your flow and token are displayed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4550\" data-end=\"4650\">\n<p data-start=\"4553\" data-end=\"4650\">Go to the settings of the desired flow and find the block with <strong data-start=\"4616\" data-end=\"4647\">name \/ description \/ avatar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4651\" data-end=\"4692\">\n<p data-start=\"4654\" data-end=\"4692\">Upload a new photo and save changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"4862\">\n<p data-start=\"4696\" data-end=\"4862\">If the flow token has not changed, in most cases no re-connection is needed. After updating on MAX, the new avatar will appear in new dialogues and channel display.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"4864\" data-end=\"5036\"><strong data-start=\"4864\" data-end=\"4873\">Note:<\/strong> If MAX generates a new token during editing (rare, but possible), go to BotHelp \u2192 Settings \u2192 Channels \u2192 MAX and paste the updated token in the channel
