Select the VKontakte channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A list of all connected channels will appear<\/li>\n<li>If the page is not connected \u2014 connect the VKontakte channel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 When connecting a channel, the full set of required permissions is now requested automatically<br \/>\n\u2022 All BotHelp functionality for VKontakte works immediately after connection, without additional actions in the community settings<br \/>\n\u2022 For communities connected earlier, the permissions list has been updated \u2014 additional configuration is no longer required<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Specify under which posts to track comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under<strong> all posts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Under a <strong>certain post<\/strong> \u2014 insert the link to the post<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the post is deleted, the automation will continue to exist but will not work.<\/p>\n<div><strong>3. Configure trigger conditions<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Specify which comments the tool should respond to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Any comment<\/strong> \u2014 the tool triggers for every comment under the selected posts. You don&#8217;t need to specify any keywords.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contain<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 the comment must contain one of the specified keywords.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Match<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 the comment text must exactly match the specified keyword.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For <strong>Contain<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong>Match<\/strong>, fill in the <strong>Keywords<\/strong> field \u2014 each keyword can contain up to 120 characters. If necessary, also add <strong>Excluded words<\/strong>. No filtering is applied, and the automation triggers for every comment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We recommend:<\/strong> If you want the tool to respond to all comments, select <strong>Any comment<\/strong>. This way, you don&#8217;t need to choose keywords or come up with exclusion words to cover all possible comments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Ignore repeated launch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enable the <strong>Ignore repeated launch<\/strong> option and specify the ignore period by entering a number and selecting <strong>Minutes<\/strong> or <strong>Hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8346\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/snimok-ekrana-2026-08-08-v-22.34.31.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/snimok-ekrana-2026-08-08-v-22.34.31.png 818w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/snimok-ekrana-2026-08-08-v-22.34.31-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/snimok-ekrana-2026-08-08-v-22.34.31-768x422.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During this period, a new comment from the same subscriber will not launch the flow again. The flow that has already started continues without interruption.<\/p>\n<p>By default, the option is disabled, so every comment that passes the filter launches the flow again.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum value is <strong>1<\/strong>. The maximum is <strong>180<\/strong> when <strong>Minutes<\/strong> is selected and <strong>99,999<\/strong> when <strong>Hours<\/strong> is selected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you enter a value above the maximum, the tool cannot be saved and an error will be displayed in the field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the ignore period works<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The countdown starts with the <strong>first launch<\/strong> and is tracked separately for each <strong>subscriber + tool<\/strong> pair.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated launches during the ignore period do not extend or reset the countdown. The window remains fixed from the first launch.<\/li>\n<li>When the period expires, the next comment launches the flow again and starts a new ignore period.<\/li>\n<li>The option applies only to this specific Growth Tool. Another Growth Tool or keyword can trigger independently.<\/li>\n<li>The option works the same way with both trigger conditions: <strong>Contains<\/strong> and <strong>Matches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you change the ignore period or disable the option, the changes also apply to ignore periods that are already in progress. The remaining time is recalculated according to the new settings, and disabling the option immediately removes the restriction.<\/li>\n<li>When you duplicate a tool within the account, the option&#8217;s status and ignore period are copied along with it.<\/li>\n<li>The option takes effect from the moment it is enabled. Launches that occurred before it was enabled are not included in the countdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For subscribers who meet the trigger conditions, you can perform one or several actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>send a text message (you can add a button) and an image<\/li>\n<li>launch a bot and other available actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This way, you start communication automatically right after the comment.<\/p>\n<p>After saving the growth tool, the automation becomes active \u2014 subscribers will enter your funnel when the conditions are
