To move a conversation card to the \u201cClosed\u201d category, you can swipe the card left in the conversation list or do it inside the conversation.<\/p>\n

Moving a card from the general conversation list<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can move a conversation to the \u201cClosed\u201d category from any category except \u201cClosed\u201d itself.<\/p>\n

    In the general conversation list, hover over the conversation you want.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    A \u201cClose\u201d button will appear. Click it.

    The conversation will be moved to the \u201cClosed\u201d category. You will see a message confirming the transfer.

      Instagram auto-closing conversations<\/em>*<\/p>\n

      Now conversations where the subscriber hasn\u2019t sent any messages themselves are automatically moved to the \u201cClosed\u201d folder in the \u201cConversations\u201d section.

      Activating growth tools, receiving messages from bots, mailings, and button clicks are not considered<\/strong> subscriber messages and do not<\/strong> move the conversation to the \u201cOpen\u201d folder.<\/p>\n
