At the first step of AI-Agent setup, in the <strong>Functions<\/strong> section, select the <strong>Deal in amoCRM<\/strong> card.<br \/>\n2. Connect the amoCRM integration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>Connect Integration<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>An amoCRM window will open.<\/li>\n<li>Select the required amoCRM account and click <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Configure the function parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When should a deal be created<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Describe the trigger, e.g., \u201csubscriber confirmed their desire to sign up for an online consultation,\u201d or other triggers according to your business logic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Which pipeline to add the deal to<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Select a pipeline from your amoCRM account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To the stage<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Select the pipeline stage from your amoCRM account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transfer messages to amoCRM<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Enable the checkbox if you want the dialogue to be transferred to amoCRM along with the created deal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transfer fields<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Map the fields from the subscriber\u2019s profile card that you want to send to amoCRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Save the function. Congratulations! The function has been successfully configured. Don\u2019t forget to test it before launching it for all subscribers.<\/p>\n<h2>Function Details<\/h2>\n<p>\u2014 When message transfer to amoCRM starts, a system notification <strong>\u201cDialogue transfer to amoCRM started\u201d<\/strong> will appear in the conversation with the subscriber. You can stop the transfer by clicking <strong>Stop Transfer<\/strong> in the conversation.<br \/>\n\u2014 If you want to pause the function, you can do so using the toggle on the card without deleting it.<br \/>\n\u2014 The function can be added multiple times to the Agent. This is useful when different events require creating deals in different pipelines or at different stages.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1916\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1918\"
