Without this, the flow cannot respond in chats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1493\">Connecting the Flow to BotHelp<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1715\">\n<li data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1542\">\n<p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1542\">In BotHelp, go to <strong data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1539\">Settings \u2192 Channels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1596\">\n<p data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1596\">Click <strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1571\">Add New Channel<\/strong> \u2192 select <strong data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1593\">Telegram<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1687\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1687\">Enter the token of your Telegram flow (added as a chat flow in the Business Account).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1715\">\n<p data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1715\">Click <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1712\">Add Channel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1783\">\n<p data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1783\">The new channel will appear in the list of connected channels.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1906\">Now you can connect an AI-agent, send broadcasts, and run flows and auto-broadcasts for this Telegram Business Account.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1939\">Connecting an AI-Agent<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2325\">\n<li data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<p data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2069\">Once the Business Account is linked to BotHelp, you can create an AI-agent to interact with users in your Telegram account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2094\">\n<p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2094\">Open <strong data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2091\">AI-Agents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<p data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2145\">Select an existing agent or create a new one.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2325\">\n<p data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2325\">In the agent settings under <strong data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2194\">Launch Method<\/strong>, add the Business Account as a channel or create a flow for the Business Account and include the AI-agent as a step in the flow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2381\">Creating Flows \/ Broadcasts \/ Auto-Broadcasts<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2956\">\n<li data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2487\">\n<p data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2487\">After linking the Business Account to BotHelp, you can create flows, broadcasts, or auto-broadcasts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2586\">\n<p data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2586\"><strong data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2499\">Note:<\/strong> In Business Account flows, <strong data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2544\">Question Card<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2565\">Menu buttons<\/strong> are not available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2755\">\n<p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2755\"><strong data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2603\">Important:<\/strong> Telegram Business Accounts follow a <strong data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2668\">24-hour messaging window<\/strong>: flows can only send messages to a subscriber within 24 hours of their last message.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2956\">\n<p data-start=\"2758\" data-end=\"2956\">Recommended: design flow chains so subscribers are prompted to interact after each message (ask questions, use buttons). This allows the flow to operate longer while the subscriber remains active.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2989\">Interaction in Conversations<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2991\" data-end=\"3318\">\n<li data-start=\"2991\" data-end=\"3092\">\n<p data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3092\">Once the Business Account is connected to BotHelp, all selected chats are visible in <strong data-start=\"3078\" data-end=\"3089\">Conversations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3224\">\n<p data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3224\"><strong data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3109\">Important:<\/strong> The 24-hour messaging window applies \u2014 flows can only message subscribers within 24 hours of their last message.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3225\"
