For more details, see <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.max.ru\/docs#%D0%9E%20%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%85\">the MAX Knowledge Base<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"477\">Flows in MAX can manage user subscriptions to groups and channels: <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"474\">add, remove, and check subscriptions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"516\">Available Actions for a Flow<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"536\"><strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"534\">Add to Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"750\">\n<li data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"627\">\n<p data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"627\">A flow can automatically add a subscriber to a group (if the user allows invitations).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"750\">\n<p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"750\">A flow <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"647\">cannot<\/strong> automatically add users to private channels or approve join requests. The private channel is created.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<li data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<p data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1395\"><strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1393\">Add the flow as an administrator:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<li data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1433\">\n<p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1433\">Click the channel name in MAX.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1486\">\n<p data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1486\">Go to <strong data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1483\">Administrators \u2192 Add Administrator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1533\">\n<p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1533\">Select the flow and assign permissions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1575\">Click <strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1572\">Assign as Administrator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1608\">Configuring in BotHelp<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1903\">\n<li data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1673\">\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1673\">In BotHelp, go to <strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1670\">Flows \u2192 select the desired MAX flow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1810\">\n<p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1810\">In the <strong data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1694\">Action<\/strong> step \u2192 <strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1719\">Manage Groups<\/strong> \u2192 select <strong data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1753\">Add to Group\/Channel<\/strong> and enter the group\/channel ID (from the MAX web URL).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1903\">\n<p data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1903\">In the <strong data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1834\">Condition<\/strong> step \u2192 <strong data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1873\">Subscribed to Group\/Channel<\/strong> \u2192 enter <code data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1894\">@groupname<\/code> or ID.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1932\">Closed Club in MAX<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1980\">Closed clubs can be implemented in two ways:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2013\"><strong data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2011\">Through a Private Channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2097\">\n<li data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2057\">\n<p data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2057\">Members are added manually by an admin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2097\">\n<p data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2097\">Automatic joining is not supported.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2125\"><strong data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2123\">Through a Group Chat<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2252\">\n<li data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2176\">\n<p data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2176\">Members can be added automatically in a group.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2252\">\n<p data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2252\">By default, MAX group chats are closed \u2014 joining is by invitation only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2302\">Thus, paid closed chat mechanics are possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2356\"><strong>Managing Join Requests for Private Channels<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2525\">\n<li data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2393\">\n<p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2393\">Click the channel name in MAX.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2450\">\n<p data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2450\">In the top-right corner, click the <strong data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2442\">pencil<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2483\">\n<p data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2483\">Select <strong data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2480\">Invite via Link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2525\">\n<p data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2525\">Enable or disable <strong data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2522\">Join Requests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2692\">\n<p data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2692\">To disable this option, first review pending requests: approve or reject them. Otherwise, MAX will prompt you to approve all \u2014 follow the on-screen instructions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2723\"><strong data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2721\">Managing Join Requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"3004\">\n<li data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2774\">\n<p data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2774\">Only the owner and admins can manage requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2888\">\n<p data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2888\">If new requests appear, a <strong data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2824\">New Join Requests<\/strong> notification shows in the channel. Click it to view requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2889\" data-end=\"3004\">\n<p data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"3004\">Or click the channel name \u2192 <strong data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2936\">Join Requests<\/strong> to access them (this section appears only if there are requests).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3203\"><strong data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3028\">Approve a request:<\/strong> click the checkmark \u2192 user is added and notified.<br data-start=\"3078\" data-end=\"3081\" \/><strong data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3102\">Reject a request:<\/strong> click the cross \u2192 request is deleted; the user is not notified but can submit a new request later.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3441\">\n<li data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3252\">\n<p data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3252\">To view a user profile, click their avatar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3441\">\n<p data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3296\">To approve\/reject all requests at once:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3441\">\n<li data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3377\">\n<p data-start=\"3302\" data-end=\"3377\">Click the three dots in the top-right \u2192 <strong data-start=\"3342\" data-end=\"3357\">Approve All<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"3361\" data-end=\"3375\">Reject All<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3380\" data-end=\"3441\">\n<p data-start=\"3383\" data-end=\"3441\">Confirm the action by clicking <strong data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3425\">Approve<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3439\">Reject<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3443\" data-end=\"3499\">For detailed instructions, see the MAX Knowledge Base.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3514\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>What if an admin rejected a subscriber\u2019s join request to a private group, but the subscriber wants to submit a request again?\n<ul>\n<li>Requests can be submitted <strong data-start=\"3684\" data-end=\"3713\">no more than once per day<\/strong>.
