It can only be accurately estimated during actual usage, based on specific requests and interaction volume.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"291\" data-end=\"411\">The tokens displayed in your account are <strong data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"350\">BotHelp tokens<\/strong>. They do not match the tokens used by neural network models.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"473\"><strong data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"473\">Actions and features that consume tokens in the account:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"652\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gyozdf\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"518\">Generating instructions for the AI-agent<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"khgta3\" data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"543\">Testing the AI-agent<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14b0srw\" data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"567\">Document processing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"j0fs9n\" data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"597\">\u201cData Collection\u201d feature<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tnp9yd\" data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"652\">Communication between the AI-agent and subscribers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Two key factors affecting token usage:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-section-id=\"189zwd3\" data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"755\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"755\">1. Model and the \u201cData Collection\u201d feature<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"871\">In standard mode, the AI-agent uses the <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"812\">GPT-4o-mini<\/strong> model, optimized for everyday tasks and fast interactions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1176\">For tasks where completeness and stability are critical \u2014 for example, structured data collection from multiple sources \u2014 the <strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1020\">\u201cData Collection\u201d<\/strong> mode is available. In this mode, the <strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1069\">GPT-4.1<\/strong> model is used, offering greater stability and more reliable performance for analytical and research tasks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1225\"><strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1225\">Important nuance when creating an AI-agent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1547\">\n<li data-section-id=\"p5rwzm\" data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1338\">An AI-agent created <strong data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1265\">from scratch<\/strong> without the \u201cData Collection\u201d feature uses <strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1324\">GPT-4o-mini<\/strong> by default.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v3mwk0\" data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1547\">An AI-agent created by <strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1386\">copying a template<\/strong> inherits all its settings. If \u201cData Collection\u201d was enabled in the template, it will remain active in the copied version, even without additional configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1ivvwgb\" data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1600\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1600\">2. Instruction size and Knowledge Base<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1775\">The longer the AI-agent\u2019s instructions and the larger the Knowledge Base, the more context the model needs to process for each response. This directly increases token usage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"1807\">To optimize token consumption:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1895\">\n<li data-section-id=\"13oh8di\" data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1837\">Keep instructions concise<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1s4izj5\" data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1895\">Upload only necessary documents to the Knowledge Base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"1o2k2c2\" data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1948\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1948\">Where can you check your token balance?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"2075\">You can view your token balance in the <strong data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2010\">\u201cBilling\u201d<\/strong> section of your account, provided that the extension is enabled.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2134\">Without the extension, this information is not available.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2289\"><strong>You can top up your token balance independently of extensions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2417\">\n<li data-section-id=\"72gpzr\" data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2364\">Token purchases are available for paid accounts via <strong data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2362\">CloudPayments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ewgh3b\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2417\">This feature is not available for trial accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2419\" data-end=\"2431\"><strong data-start=\"2419\" data-end=\"2431\">Pricing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2715\">Then separately purchased tokens are used<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-section-id=\"hlorq5\" data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2744\"><span role=\"text\"><strong first token purchase, you need to enter your card details<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7l1iid\" data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2900\">The card used for the main subscription and for token purchases can be different<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2943\">You can enable <strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2932\">auto top-up<\/strong> if needed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"2962\">After activation:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3105\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1hzbjqn\" data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3027\">Auto top-up will use the amount of your last manual purchase<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ud2umr\" data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3105\">If there hasn\u2019t been one, it defaults to <strong data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3103\">2 million tokens (2,500 RUB)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-section-id=\"dsb0ce\" data-start=\"3112\" data-end=\"3148\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3148\">When auto top-up is triggered<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3150\" data-end=\"3204\">Auto top-up occurs when the token balance drops below:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3314\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5xdlqu\" data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3258\"><strong data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3225\">30,000 tokens<\/strong> \u2014 for plans without extensions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"odf9ty\" data-start=\"3259\" data-end=\"3314\"><strong data-start=\"3261\" data-end=\"3279\">250,000 tokens<\/strong> \u2014 for Plus, Pro, and Ultra plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3427\">If the first auto top-up attempt fails due to card issues, two more attempts will be made at 24-hour intervals.<\/p>\n<p data-section-id=\"11c7o3w\" data-start=\"3434\" data-end=\"3456\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3456\">Additional note<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3458\" data-end=\"3526\"
