A deeplink<\/strong> is a link that directs a user to a specific step of a specific bot. This feature reduces the number of intermediate actions and helps the user reach the required step of the bot with a minimal number of clicks.<\/p>\n

Deeplinks are available only for bots in Telegram and MAX.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can create a direct link (deeplink) that takes the user straight to a step with an AI-agent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to create a deeplink<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. In the bot builder, enable edit<\/strong> mode.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the required step for editing.<\/li>\n
  3. In the side menu, click the \u201c\u22ee\u201d icon next to the step name.<\/li>\n
  4. Select \u00abAdd deeplink\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A generated link will appear in the step, which you can copy to the clipboard or delete. Only one deeplink can be created per step.<\/p>\n

    Copying a deeplink
    \n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    To copy a deeplink and use it to attract subscribers, you need to:<\/p>\n

    – In view\/edit mode, hover over the deeplink card in the step and click the copy button.<\/p>\n

    or<\/p>\n

    – In edit mode, open the step with the deeplink.
    \n– In the \u00abDeeplink\u00bb<\/strong> block, click the copy button.<\/p>\n

    Deleting a deeplink<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    To delete a deeplink, you need to:<\/p>\n

    – In edit mode, open the step with the deeplink.<\/p>\n

    – In the \u00abDeeplink\u00bb<\/strong> block, click the delete button.<\/p>\n

    – Confirm your action in the pop-up window.<\/p>\n

    The deeplink will be deleted.<\/p>\n

    After deletion, the link will no longer be accessible to users. To restore it, create a new deeplink for the step.<\/p>\n

    Users who follow a deleted deeplink will be taken to the channel and will be able to start the bot that launches in the channel by pressing the start button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/strong> when changing the channel for the bot, all deeplinks will be deleted.<\/p>\n
