The integration of BotHelp with Bitrix24 allows you to automatically:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"384\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1djv4n9\" data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"267\">create deals and transfer contacts from BotHelp;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"193h57k\" data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"306\">transfer subscriber custom fields;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wmk7l3\" data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"384\">manage conversations with subscribers directly from the Bitrix24 deal card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"474\">All these actions are available in the AI agent through the \u201cDeal in Bitrix24\u201d function.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"714\">The \u201cDeal in Bitrix24\u201d function allows you to create deals in a specified pipeline and at a specified stage, and to initiate conversation transfer. The function is triggered when a defined event occurs in a conversation with a subscriber:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"852\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-section-id=\"759kwp\" data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"833\">The subscriber confirms their intention to sign up for an online consultation \/ trial lesson \/ in-person meeting.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wp9yns\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"852\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Any other event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"21\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"21\">Integration setup<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"23\" data-end=\"108\">By the time you connect the integration, you must have a registered Bitrix24 account.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"280\">Only the main administrator of the Bitrix24 account can connect the integration. For example, \u201cthe subscriber confirmed their intention to sign up for an online consultation.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Which pipeline to add the deal to<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Select a pipeline from your Bitrix24 account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To the stage<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Select a stage within the pipeline from your Bitrix24 account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transfer messages to Bitrix24<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Enable this checkbox if you want to start transferring the conversation to Bitrix24 along with creating the deal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transfer fields<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 Map the subscriber card fields that you want to send to Bitrix24.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Save the function.<\/li>\n<li>Congratulations! The function has been successfully configured. Don\u2019t forget to test it before launching it for all subscribers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"20\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"20\">Function details<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"22\" data-end=\"186\">When message transfer to Bitrix24 is initiated, a system notification will appear in the subscriber\u2019s conversation: \u201cConversation transfer to Bitrix24 has started.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"348\">The function can be added multiple times to an Agent.
