Template Statuses and Moderation<\/h2>\n
After submission, Facebook* reviews the template and assigns one of the following statuses:<\/p>\n
\n- Draft<\/strong> – the template was saved, but due to an error it was not sent for moderation.<\/li>\n
- Submitted<\/strong> – the template has been sent for moderation.<\/li>\n
- Approved<\/strong> – The template has been approved. When the status changes, the template automatically becomes available for submission.<\/li>\n
- Rejected<\/strong> – The template has not been approved and cannot be submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Only templates with the Approved<\/strong> status can be used in broadcasts.<\/p>\nTemplates with the Draft<\/strong>, Submitted<\/strong> or Rejected<\/strong> status cannot be selected.<\/p>\nSending a Broadcast Using a Template<\/h2>\n\n- Go to Broadcasting \u2192 New Broadcast<\/strong> and select a Facebook* Messenger flow.<\/li>\n
