The widget allows you to assist visitors and collect leads and contact details while they are still on your website.<\/p>\n<h2>Use cases<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83c\udf93 <strong>Online school<\/strong> \u2014 adds the widget to a landing page. The agent answers questions about enrollment and course terms and collects contact details.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\uded2 <strong>Online store<\/strong> \u2014 the agent helps visitors choose products directly on the page.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcac <strong>Support service<\/strong> \u2014 the agent handles common questions before visitors contact support.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcde <strong>Service landing page<\/strong> \u2014 the agent collects the visitor&#8217;s name and phone number and passes the lead to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Visitors can chat with the AI agent directly on the website. The agent answers questions based on its <strong>Knowledge Base<\/strong> and assists the visitor.<\/li>\n<li>The widget can be installed on a specific page or across all pages of a website. It works with website builders such as Tilda and with custom-built websites.<\/li>\n<li>You can add buttons that redirect visitors to messengers.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors can attach an image or document to their messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>AI-agent capabilities in the widget<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect visitor data in fields such as name, phone number, email, and others.<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultations based on the <strong>Knowledge Base<\/strong> or follow a predefined algorithm.<\/li>\n<li>Send notifications to operators in Telegram.<\/li>\n<li>Save data to Google Sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Use macros and send links.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to set up<\/h2>\n<p>The widget is created in the <strong>Growth Tools<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<p>1. Go to <strong>Growth Tools<\/strong> and click <strong>New Tool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>2. On the widget settings step:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the URL of the website where you want to install the widget.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the agent name.<\/li>\n<li>Select an AI agent from your account.<\/li>\n<li>If needed, add buttons that redirect visitors to messengers: Telegram, MAX, VK, Facebook, or Viber. The flow that has already started continues without interruption.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">By default, the option is disabled, so every button click launches the flow again.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The minimum value is <strong>1<\/strong>. The maximum is <strong>180<\/strong> when <strong>Minutes<\/strong> is selected and <strong>99,999<\/strong> when <strong>Hours<\/strong> is selected.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you enter a value above the maximum, the widget cannot be saved and an error will be displayed in the field.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>How the ignore period works:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2014 The countdown starts with the <strong>first launch<\/strong> and is tracked separately for each <strong>subscriber + button<\/strong> pair.<br \/>\n\u2014 Repeated launches during the ignore period do not extend or reset the countdown. The window remains fixed from the first launch.<br \/>\n\u2014 When the period expires, the next button click launches the flow again and starts a new ignore period.<br \/>\n\u2014 The option applies only to this specific button. Other widget buttons, Growth Tools, and keywords work independently.<br \/>\n\u2014 If you change the ignore period or disable the option, the changes also apply to ignore periods that are already in progress. The remaining time is recalculated according to the new settings, and disabling the option immediately removes the restriction.<br \/>\n\u2014 When you duplicate a widget within the account, the option&#8217;s status and ignore period are copied along with the button.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> This setting is not available for the VK button \u2014 a tooltip is displayed instead. To configure <strong>Ignore repeated launch<\/strong> for VK, use the setting in the VK landing page that opens when the button is clicked.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The option takes effect from the moment it is enabled. Launches that occurred before it was enabled are not included in the countdown.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Enter a link to the document describing your user data processing policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Preview<\/strong> section, check how the widget looks and test the conversation if needed. Click <strong>Update<\/strong> to apply the latest settings to the preview. The test conversation will be reset.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Installation<\/strong> step:\n<ul>\n<li>Copy the widget code and paste it into the desired location on your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Important:<\/strong> The widget only works on the website whose URL you specified during setup. If the widget code is copied to another website, it will not launch there.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Conversations with website visitors<\/h2>\n<p>Conversations with website visitors are available in the <strong>Conversations<\/strong> section, under <strong>AI-Agent in Widget<\/strong>. You can filter conversations by widget name.<\/p>\n<p>Website visitors are not charged as subscribers. They do not appear in the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section, and their conversations are available only in <strong>Conversations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Features and limitations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Conversations with website visitors are not available in the mobile app.<\/li>\n<li>Conversation history is restored only in the same browser used by the visitor.
