{"id":8168,"date":"2026-07-15T10:51:51","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T07:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/?p=8168"},"modified":"2026-07-15T10:53:14","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T07:53:14","slug":"sohranyonnye-filtry-podpischikov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/en\/saved-subscriber-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Saved Subscriber Filters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Saved Filters<\/strong> let you save a set of subscriber filter conditions under a custom name, so you can quickly reuse the same segmentation in the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section and when creating broadcasts.<\/p>\n<h2>What Saved Filters Can Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Store the entire set of subscriber filter conditions, including all filter types, <strong>AND<\/strong>\/<strong>OR<\/strong> logic, and nested groups.<\/li>\n<li>Are available at the <strong>workspace level<\/strong>. Any user with access to the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section can use them, regardless of who created them. Saved filters are not shared across workspaces.<\/li>\n<li>Have <strong>no limit<\/strong> on the number of filters you can create.<\/li>\n<li>Can be used both in the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section and when selecting the audience for a broadcast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Important:<\/strong> You cannot save an empty filter with no conditions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>How to Save a Filter<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the required filter conditions in the <strong>Filters<\/strong> panel:\n<ul>\n<li>Select rules and values.<\/li>\n<li>Add <strong>AND<\/strong> or <strong>OR<\/strong> conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Create nested groups if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save Filter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a name for the filter and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The saved filter will appear in the workspace&#8217;s list of saved filters and become available in both <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> and <strong>Broadcasts<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8202\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-1024x389.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-1024x389.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-300x114.png 300w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-768x292.png 768w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-1536x584.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.bothelp.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/snimok-ekrana-2026-07-22-v-16.56.45-2048x779.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Filter Name Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be <strong>2\u201350 characters<\/strong> long.<\/li>\n<li>May contain Latin or Cyrillic letters, numbers, spaces, and common punctuation.<\/li>\n<li>Emojis and special characters are not supported.<\/li>\n<li>The name cannot be empty.<\/li>\n<li>The name must be <strong>unique within the workspace<\/strong>. Names that differ only by letter case are considered duplicates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Available Actions<\/h2>\n<p>Each saved filter supports the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apply<\/strong> \u2014 Restores all filter conditions in the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong> \u2014 Updates the filter conditions and saves them to the same filter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duplicate<\/strong> \u2014 Creates a copy so you can modify it without affecting the original.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> \u2014 Removes the filter from the workspace. Confirmation is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After deletion, the filter is removed from both the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> and <strong>Broadcasts<\/strong> sections.<\/p>\n<h2>Applying a Filter in the Subscribers Section<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Filters<\/strong> panel.<\/li>\n<li>Select a saved filter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The saved conditions are restored automatically, and the subscriber list and matching subscriber count are updated.<\/p>\n<p>You can switch between saved filters at any time without confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>If no subscribers match the selected conditions, the list will be empty and the subscriber count will be <strong>0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After applying a filter, you can modify its conditions manually. These changes do <strong>not<\/strong> update the saved filter unless you explicitly choose <strong>Edit<\/strong> and save the changes.<\/p>\n<p>If a filter contains a deleted tag or deleted custom field, the filter can still be applied. Invalid conditions are ignored, while all remaining valid conditions continue to work.<\/p>\n<h2>Using Saved Filters in Broadcasts<\/h2>\n<p>You can select a saved filter when choosing the audience for a broadcast.<\/p>\n<p>The filter conditions are copied into the broadcast, and a preview shows the estimated recipients and recipient count.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Broadcast Behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The audience is calculated <strong>at the time of sending<\/strong>. For example, if a subscriber receives a matching tag before the broadcast is sent, they will be included.<\/li>\n<li>If the filter contains conditions for multiple channels, only the conditions relevant to the selected broadcast channel are applied.<\/li>\n<li>If no subscribers match the conditions when the broadcast is ready to send, the broadcast is not sent, and the <strong>Refine Segmentation<\/strong> status is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>The filter conditions are copied into the broadcast when it is created. If the original saved filter is later edited or deleted, the broadcast&#8217;s audience conditions remain unchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Permissions<\/h2>\n<p>Users with the <strong>Administrator<\/strong>, <strong>Editor<\/strong>, or <strong>Analyst<\/strong> role can create, edit, duplicate, delete, and apply saved filters in both the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> and <strong>Broadcasts<\/strong> sections.<\/p>\n<p>Users who only have access to <strong>Conversations<\/strong> cannot view or use saved filters.
