The Bitrix24 integration connects BotHelp with your CRM and allows you to create and update leads and deals directly from flows, as well as communicate with customers from a Bitrix24 deal card. It helps automatically transfer requests from a chatbot to the sales team without manually copying customer data.<\/p>\n
Before connecting the integration, make sure you have a registered Bitrix24 account.<\/p>\n
Only the main Bitrix24 account administrator can connect the integration. Transferring main administrator rights to another agent is only available in paid Bitrix24 accounts.<\/p>\n
1. Get the application code and application key<\/strong><\/p>\n To connect the integration, you need to get:<\/p>\n In your Bitrix24 account, open:<\/p>\n Applications \u2192 Developers<\/strong> in the sidebar menu.<\/p>\n 2. Select the application type<\/strong><\/p>\n In the opened menu, select Other<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Then select Local application<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3. Configure the local application<\/strong><\/p>\n Set up the local application as follows:<\/p>\n Save the local application.<\/p>\n After saving, Bitrix24 will display the Application code (client_id)<\/strong> and Application key (client_secret)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Do not close this page \u2014 you will need these credentials to connect the integration.<\/p>\n 4. Connect the integration in BotHelp<\/strong><\/p>\n In your BotHelp account, open:<\/p>\n Settings \u2192 Integrations<\/strong><\/p>\n You can also connect the integration directly from the settings of the Deal in Bitrix24<\/strong> function.<\/p>\n 5. Enter connection details<\/strong><\/p>\n In the integration settings, enter:<\/p>\n Click Connect integration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n To enable conversation transfer between BotHelp and Bitrix24:<\/p>\n Congratulations! The integration is now configured. You can use it with a flow or an AI-agent.<\/p>\n After connecting the integration, the following actions become available in the Action<\/strong> step of the flow builder:<\/p>\n The available actions depend on the selected CRM type.<\/p>\n Create deal in Bitrix24<\/p>\n Before launching the flow, we recommend testing the action using the Test<\/strong> button directly in the Action<\/strong> step.
