BotHellp widget allows you to place a button on your website that help your website visitors to write instant messengers to your company. Widget is a set of buttons.
The widget does not need to be associated with the BotHelp platform, they work independently. But you can use the platform to answer questions from your customers on Facebook, Telegram and Viber in one place.
You can add this buttons to the widget:
- Facebook Messenger
- Viber (only for mobile devices)
- SMS (only for mobile)
Wechat and other messengers are not available.
In free version you can:
- add 2 buttons
- change a color of main button to Gray, Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, Black
- change a position to bottom Left or Right corner of your website
- change call to action message

After you add channels and customize the appearance of the widget, you need to generate its code.
Enter email to which we can send the code and then click on the "Get code" button. You can immediately copy the widget code from the site or later from email.
The widget code must be inserted before the </ body> tag on each page of your site where you want the widget to appear.
After purchasing the widget, you will receive a private key on your email.
You need to enter a key to activate the widget PRO features.

How to edit a widget?
Visit our website or plugin settings and make changes. After that, you need to generate and copy a new code and paste it into the site in place of the old one.

You must remove the code from the site or application. If it did not disappear after deletion, clear the cache.

The widget does not save any user personal data. All user data is stored in a particular messenger, with which the person agreed, registering in it in the messenger.

Can I add multiple Facebook pages?
