If necessary, you can change the card linked to your BotHelp account. It is important that when you change the card, the account will not stop, but will continue to work. The next write-off will be made from the new card.

The mechanism for changing the card depends on the payment system through which you previously paid for your BotHelp subscription.

Payment system CloudPayments for Russian cards

To change the card if you pay for your subscription with a Russian Federation card via the CloudPayments (CP) system:

1. Cancel your current subscription. In other words, turn off auto-renewal.

  • In this state, your account will continue to work until the end of the paid period. But after its completion, the subscription will end, and the work of the account will stop.

2. Reactivate your subscription.

  • In the Payment section of your account, find and click the Activate Subscription .
  • Pay for a new subscription with a new card.
  • Done. You have linked a new card, the paid subscription will start working immediately after the current one ends. All further write-offs will be made from the new card.
