Payment for the tariff on the BotHelp platform is made monthly. The cost of the tariff depends on the number of active subscribers from all connected channels. Who are active subscribers, you can find out here .
Switching to a higher tariff
It is not possible to select a tariff with a larger number of subscribers manually. It will change automatically as soon as the number of subscribers increases.
You can view the subscriber limit for your and other tariffs in the “Settings” — “Payment” section.
2. If the subscription is active
After the number of subscribers has exceeded the limit corresponding to the tariff, the tariff is automatically changed to the next one. The account continues to work . You are credited with the difference in cost in the form of an additional payment, which will be withdrawn at the next payment. This happens with an active subscription.
2. If the subscription is disabled
If the number of subscribers exceeds the tariff limit with the subscription disabled , the account will stop and the bots will stop working.
(!) Carefully monitor the number of subscribers in your account.
Surcharge for excess
If during the paid month the number of subscribers exceeds the permissible limit, the difference between the tariffs is charged - an excess charge . The amount of the excess charge depends on the number of "additional" subscribers.
So, if you have a tariff of up to 1000 subscribers costing 1599 rubles, and you have 1001 or more, this will already correspond to the tariff of up to 2000 subscribers. Then the cost of the tariff will increase to 2399 rubles.
The difference between these tariffs will be added to the payment for the next month - 800 rubles.
As a result, the next write-off will be for the amount of 2399 + 800 = 3199 rubles.

How to avoid additional payment?
The surcharge will be charged even if you exceed the limit for one subscriber by several minutes.
It is not possible to cancel or refund the additional payment .
If you delete unnecessary subscribers, the tariff for the next month will remain the same, but you will need to pay an additional fee. Therefore, to avoid additional costs, we recommend monitoring the number of subscribers and promptly deleting those with whom you no longer plan to interact. This will allow you to stay within the desired tariff.
How to reduce the tariff?
Before the invoice for the next period is generated, remove unnecessary subscribers.
If an additional charge has been accrued, it will need to be paid: it is not removed when the tariff is reduced.
Why is the tariff plan not recalculated and displayed incorrectly after deleting subscribers?
The current tariff plan is displayed in the “Payment” section of your account.
The tariff will change after the subscription is activated. If you click the Activate subscription , the tariff amount will correspond to the current number of active subscribers.
