BotHelp extensions give you access to increased video storage and powerful AI features — now your bot doesn’t just respond, it thinks and understands. Send large videos, webinar and lesson recordings, connect an AI agent and turn customer communication into a full-fledged service.
Extension capabilities
Each extension includes a certain amount of video storage and a package of tokens for the AI agent:
*The cost is added to the basic tariff. The first payment is debited together with the payment of the basic tariff, starting from the nearest debit date.
How to connect the extension
- Go to the Payment or Storage .
- Select the desired extension level.
- Click Connect extension .
The extension is activated immediately, and its cost will be written off at the next payment for the tariff. At the time of activation of the permission, you do not need to make a payment.
How to change the extension level
upgrade your extension level at any time - you will get access to new limits immediately. You do not need to pay extra, the cost of the extension will be added to the next payment for the tariff.
lower the level or disable the extension if the current volume of files in the storage corresponds to the selected tariff . Please note the nuances:
- Once lowered, token and storage limits are reduced immediately.
- During the first month after connecting or upgrading the extension, disconnecting/downgrading is not available.
Bonuses for large clients
- For customers on tariffs of 100,000 subscribers and above, the PLUS is activated automatically and free of charge.
- When switching to a lower tariff (for example, from 100k to 50k), the extension will remain active, it can be disabled manually.
Payment for extensions with prepayment for 6 or 12 months
If you are paying for a 6 or 12 month license from a legal entity, the extension can be obtained in two ways:
- Add the extension to your invoice when paying for the license.
- During the license period, a separate invoice for expansion can be generated.
A permit can be cancelled when paid by a legal entity only after the license expires.

Is it possible to connect the extension during the trial period
? No, this option is not available.
Is it possible to lower the extension rate in the first month?
No, you can only lower the rate in the second month.
What happens if I don't pay for the extension?
Your account will be suspended, as the tariff and extension are paid for in one amount.
Where can I see the active extension?
The profile icon displays a badge with the current extension level. The extension level is also displayed in the Settings - Payment section
