Administrators, editors, agents and analysts

You can check who has access to your BotHelp account. To do this, go to the "Settings" - "Agents" section. Here you will see a list of users who have access to your account.

Pay special attention to those who are in the "Administrator" role, as they have the same rights as you. Administrators have the ability to remove other editors, agents, and analysts, including you. As a result, you may lose access to your account.

You can remove an agent if you don't want them to have access to your account. To do this, click on the menu icon [ ] and then Delete .

You can also change the role if the agent no longer requires admin access to the Editor, Agent, or Analyst levels. For more information on what admin and agent capabilities are available, read this article .

Password

If there are concerns that someone may know your account password, you need to change it. You can do this in your profile settings:

Go to your profile settings, enter a new password and repeat it. Be sure to click the Save for the new password to take effect.

For greater security, we recommend using a complex password that contains upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
