Testing

For the test, we recommend setting a minimum delay of 1 minute so that you don't have to wait long for all the steps. After the test, set the desired time.

Editing

You can edit the text and time of sending messages in the auto-mailing without stopping it.

But keep in mind that the step is scheduled as soon as the previous one is completed. Only one next step is scheduled.
If the user received step 3, then step 4 is already scheduled for him, so step 4 will be sent to him as before editing. But step 5 and the following ones will be already updated.

Adding new steps

If a subscriber has completed the auto-mailing, that is, has received all the auto-mailing messages, then he will not receive new, added messages.

If the user is still in the auto-mailing chain, then new messages will be sent to him.

Removing the auto-dispatch step

If you delete an auto-send step that subscribers are currently on, the auto-send step will automatically move to the next step after the deleted step's delay has expired. Users will not receive the deleted message.

Automatically remove from auto-mailing

The setting allows you to remove a subscriber from the chain when a specified event occurs.

Exclusion from automatic distribution occurs not at the moment when the condition occurs (label placement, click, etc.), but immediately before the next step is performed.

Stop

If you stop the automatic mailing, all subscribers will be removed from it and will not be added back.
Before you stop the mailing, make sure that no one is currently going through it.
