What to do if an error occurs?

Wait

If you created a community in the last 24 hours, we recommend that you just wait. While you can set up everything in the community or connect other channels and build a bot there, and then convert it for VKontakte.
If repeated attempts do not bring results, write to the support chat.

Clear access keys

  • Go to the "Working with API" section in your group settings.
  • Find an app in the list that you don't use, or an app that has many keys created for it. Click the Delete all app keys . You can later grant access to this app again, and a new key will be generated for it.

  • Go to the Callback API tab and select the application you no longer use from the list.

  • Scroll down and delete his server.

Standard actions

There may be a problem with your device or connection.

Try switching to incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), using another browser, clearing cookies and re-logging into BotHelp, re-logging into VKontakte, disabling browser extensions, trying another Internet channel or computer. If this does not help, try disabling your antivirus, ad blocker, or pop-up blocker.

 

Change VPN

If you use a VPN service to work on VKontakte, try selecting different settings or using a different VPN service.
