Filtering Dialogues
To filter conversations by channels, unread messages, or labels, follow these steps:
- Click the Filter to open the list of filters.
2. Select one or more channels.
You can also check the "Unread Only" box to display only unread conversations. You can also specify tags that subscribers must have to appear in the list.
3. Click Apply
4. Now dialogs will be displayed only for the selected filters. Filters apply to all folders.
Please note! The value of the number of dialogs in folders does not change. This figure displays the number of all dialogs in the selected folder. If no dialogs are found by the specified filters, you will see the message on the screen: "The list of dialogs is empty." In this case, you can check the dialogs in other folders or change the filters.
Cancel filters
- Click the Filter to open the list of filters.
- Click the Reset Filter to reset all filters. Or click the selected filters again to turn them off.
The filters will be reset and all dialogs will be displayed.
Please note! If at least one filter is applied, the icon labeled "Filter" will be active and will display the number of filters selected:
