When registering, your account is not linked to a specific email, but this email and password are used to log into your account.

To be able to use your account from multiple accounts, you need to add an agent in the settings.

Adding an agent

  • Click on the settings icon and select the "Agents" section. You will see a list of all active agents.
  • To add a new agent, click on the corresponding button in the upper right corner.

  • Enter the details for the new agent: name, email, phone number and password. The password can be changed later.
  • Select a role: Administrator, Editor, Agent, or Analyst.
  • Save the settings.

There are four roles:

Administrator - has full rights in the office.

Editor - has the same rights as the administrator, only:

  • cannot change roles and information for administrators and other editors;
  • does not have access to the payment section of the account.

The agent has full access to the functionality only to the "Dialogues" and "Subscribers" sections. Other sections are not available to the agent.

The analyst has access only to view information on all sections. Does not have access to add/edit/delete information. The "Settings" section is completely inaccessible.

Data transfer

After adding a new agent, tell your employee your domain (for example, xxx.bothelp.io) and login data: email and password. This data must be entered in the auth.bothelp.io for your account.

Please note!

If the user who connected the community stops being the community administrator, the channel will be disabled and the bots will not work. To fix this, you need to reconnect the channel from another profile.

If a bot is deleted inside Telegram or Viber, the channel will be disabled and all its subscribers will be lost, because all subscribers are tied to a specific token. Therefore, we recommend creating and connecting bots in Telegram and Viber yourself, and not entrusting this to employees.

  • How to change password?

Go to your profile and enter your new password twice, then click the Save .

  • How to change email?

You can't change your email in an existing profile. To change your login details, you need to add another administrator with the required email to your account. Then log in to your account using the new email and delete the old administrator.

  • How to delete an employee?

Open the action list next to its name and select Delete .

  • Forgot your account domain

Check your registration email. After registration, we send you an email with your domain and login.

  • How to change subdomain?

You can't change the subdomain, you can only create a new account. The name is chosen during registration: auth.bothelp.io/signup
