To assign a dialogue card to yourself or another agent, you can use the special button inside the dialogue.
Moving a card from within a dialog
- Go inside the dialogue by clicking on it in the general list.
- In the upper right corner you will see the dialogue interaction buttons. Click on the Unassigned . The button will be called this way if the dialogue is not assigned.
3. A list with all agents will open. Click on any agent. The list will hide and you will see a message about selecting the responsible agent. The assignment button will change its name to the name of the selected agent.
4. If you want to assign yourself as the responsible person, select "You" from the drop-down list. The list will disappear and you will see a message about selecting the responsible person. The assignment button will change its name to "You".
5. If you want to remove the person responsible from the dialogue, click the assignment button again and select "Not assigned".
6. If you want to select another responsible person, click on the name of another agent in the assignment inside the dialog.
7. The dialog assigned to the agent will be displayed in the "Assigned" folder.
