To open a dialog (it can only be opened from the "Closed" or "Spam" categories), use the corresponding buttons in the general list of dialogs or inside the dialog.
Moving a card from the general list of dialogs
- In the Dialogues section, hover over the desired dialogue.
- Open button will appear . Click on it.
- The dialogue will be transferred to the required category:
a) "New" - if the dialogue did not have an assigned agent;
b) "Assigned" / "My" - if an agent was selected for the dialogue. After the dialogue is transferred, you will see a message that the dialogue has been resumed:

- Go inside the dialogue by clicking on it in the general list.
- In the upper right corner you will see buttons for interacting with the dialog. Click on the Open .
- The dialogue will be transferred to the required category:
a) "New" - if the dialogue did not have an assigned agent.
b) "Assigned" / "My" - if an agent was selected for the dialogue. After the dialogue is transferred, you will see a message that the dialogue has been resumed:
