Why are offices being deleted?
In BotHelp, people are constantly registering new accounts and, unfortunately, not all users continue to use the platform. Each account consumes platform resources and if there are too many of them, this can cause delays in work. To prevent this from happening, unused accounts are deleted after a while.
Accounts with a free trial period
- If a paid subscription has never been paid for in the account and the trial period has ended, the account will be deleted 14 days after the end of the trial period .
- If the trial period has ended and you logged into your account before it was deleted, you can edit the bot chain or mailing list in your account. Then the deletion period will be postponed for 14 days. Your account will be available if you log in daily.
- The trial period expires when you connect to a paid subscription; it is not combined with the subscription.
Important: the availability of the account does not mean that it is working: mailings, bots, automatic mailings, mini-landings, etc. will not work for your subscribers.
For full functionality, we recommend activating a subscription .
Accounts with paid subscription
- If in the office less than 1000 active billing subscribers OR no connected channels (i.e. the number of active subscribers = 0), the office will be deleted in 6 months from the moment the subscription ends.
- If you log into your account after your subscription ends before it is deleted, the deletion period will be postponed for another 6 months. Thus, your account will not be deleted and you will be able to use it if you log into it regularly. The availability of the account does not mean that it is working: mailings, bots, automatic mailings, mini-landings, etc. will not work for your subscribers.
- If the account has more than 1000 active billable subscribers and there is at least one connected channel , the account will not be .
The number of subscribers charged is indicated in the "Payment" section in the upper left corner.
What to do if the office has been deleted
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore a deleted account. Support will not be able to do this either, since the data is completely deleted and is not stored anywhere.
- You can create a new account with the same name if it is not already taken.
How to Maintain Your Subscriber Base
- If you plan not to use your account for a long time, we recommend saving your subscriber base. To do this, use export and save user IDs in a file. If the account is deleted, you will be able to import subscribers from the file to a new account.
