What are dialogue cards made of?

Displaying the first and last name of the interlocutor

If you open a dialogue under the name of the interlocutor, the name of the channel with the embedded URL will be displayed.

Displaying the person responsible for the dialog

If you open a dialogue to the right of the interlocutor's name, the person responsible for the dialogue will be displayed.

Show last message in dialogs

  1. In the list of dialogs in the dialog preview The last message in the chat
  2. The list of dialogs shows who/which entity sent the last message
    • If the agent: Agent name
      • If the agent from whose account the account was logged in: You
    • If bot /mailing list/automailing list/greeting/cover message to growth tool, automation: Bot
    • If subscriber: No signature

3. Now you can see read status (for all messengers except Telegram)

4. The update is also available in the mobile app

How does displaying messages from Instagram* Direct work in BotHelp

Now you can see in BotHelp not only incoming messages from subscribers and bot responses, but also outgoing messages that the account owner sends manually in Instagram* Direct.
