When adding a button to a message, the following errors may occur:

  • The entire message text is highlighted in bold (the error occurs in 100% of cases).
  • All links in the text become unclickable (the error occurs in 100% of cases).
  • The message is cut off in an uncontrolled manner (the error occurs in 50% of cases).

Recommendations for working around errors

  • Separate messages: main text without a button and a short message with a button.
  • Place links directly on buttons, keeping the text with the button as short as possible. Or send messages with links without using buttons.
