Setting up GetCourse

To connect the integration to BotHelp, specify the Secret API Key , Account name and Account ID from your GetCourse account. Follow the link: http://YOUR_ACCOUNT.getcourse.ru/saas/account/api

Replace YOUR_ACCOUNT with your GetCourse account name. Example: http://mygcaccount.getcourse.ru/saas/account/api

If you have your own domain connected, use:

http://YOUR_DOMAIN.ru/saas/account/api

Replace YOUR_DOMAIN with your domain connected to your GetCourse account. Example: http://mygcdomen.ru/saas/account/api

These settings are only available to the account owner or administrator with access rights. More details in the article.

Setting up BotHelp

1. Go to your account settings in the “Integrations” subsection.

2. Find the “GetCourse” block in the list of integrations and click Add integration .

3. In the window that opens, enter the Secret API Key , Account name and Account ID , the values ​​of which you copied earlier in the GetCourse account settings.

  • IMPORTANT! Specify the value from the Account name field. A simple domain or account name will not work - the integration will not work.

4. Click Save . Done – integration with GetCourse is connected.

Installing the plugin

To ensure that data is correctly transferred between GetCourse and BotHelp, you need to install a plugin.

  1. Install the BotHelp plugin from the GetCourse add-ons directory.

 

2. After installation, open the plugin, specify your Secret API Key of the GetCourse account, then click "Update".

Integration capabilities

Important: Subscribers must be linked between BotHelp and GetCourse. To link a subscriber, choose one of the following methods:

  • Sending subscriber data from BotHelp to GetCourse — link to instructions (if in your funnel subscribers first get to the bot, and then to GetCourse)
  • Transferring data from the GetCourse registration form to the BotHelp subscriber profile — link to instructions . (If the subscriber first gets to the landing page and then to the bot)
