Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is possible for 6 and 12 months for tariffs for 10,000 subscribers and more.
To pay, fill out the form, which is located in the section "Payment" - "Payment Questions" - "Payment for Legal Entities". Click on the link, which is indicated in the screenshot below:
A form will open, fill it out:
After filling out the form, we will automatically generate an invoice-offer, which you can immediately print and pay.
To activate the license, write to us in the chat and send:
- invoice-offer,
- payment from the bank.
Payment not from Russia
A legal entity from any country can pay by bank transfer if a SWIFT transfer from a bank is available .
The form for automatic invoice generation is filled in the same way. Instead of TIN, you need to enter your national identification number.
An invoice can be generated and paid in any currency if SWIFT transfer works. Payment is made according to the invoice-offer (we do not issue invoices).
Switching to another tariff
If the number of subscribers exceeds the limit, the account will stop. You need to monitor their number and pay for the transition to the next tariff in time.
If you have reached the limit, you need to pay a new bill.
Closing documents
You can download all closing documents yourself in your personal account in the “Payment” section after activating the license.
Original documents
You can receive the originals in two ways: EDI and Russian Post
1. EDI "Kontur.Diadoc"
What is this and why do I need it?
Electronic document management (EDM) is the exchange of legally significant documents via the Internet. Simply put, documents may not only be paper. The same invoices and acts can be issued, processed and sent to counterparties electronically - through the EDM system.
For the accounting department, this will be official: electronic documents with an electronic digital signature (EDS) are equivalent to paper ones with a handwritten signature and a blue seal. There are several EDI systems. We use Kontur.Diadoc.
Let's figure out how to use it.
I already use the Kontur.Diadoc system
You need to send us an invitation. Then we can start exchanging documents. To do this:
- Log in to the Kontur.Diadoc system.
- Select the "Counterparties" tab.
- Click on the Search and Invite .
- Enter the Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) of OOO Bothelp: 3257037015.
- Click the Send Invite .
- Also, please email us at admin@bothelp.io with the following information:
— Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) of your company;
— numbers and dates of invoices for which you need originals;
— name of the account (domain) in which the invoices for payment were generated.
After that, within 24 hours we will accept your invitation in the Kontur.Diadoc EDI system and will be able to send you the documents.
I have an electronic document management system, but I don’t use Kontur.Diadoc.
There are three options:
- Write to us at admin@bothelp.io the necessary data to request closing documents. Then we can send the originals by Russian Post.
- Send an invitation from any of your EDI systems, but be sure to send it to our Kontur.Diadoc.
- Register in Kontur.Diadoc on the website www.diadoc.ru .
How to register in Kontur.Diadoc:
- make sure that the required certificate is installed on your PC;
— follow the link www.diadoc.ru ;
— click Enter Diadoc ;
— install plugins;
- Restart your computer.
I don't use electronic document management
In this case, write to us at admin@bothelp.io the necessary data to request closing documents. We can send the originals by Russian Post.
2. "Russian Post"
Please email us at admin@bothelp.io with the following information:
— TIN of your company;
— numbers and dates of the invoices for which you need originals;
— the name of the account (domain) in which the invoices for payment were generated;
— the exact postal address with postal code where the documents should be sent;
— Full name of the recipient.
After that, we will send you the original documents by Russian Post.
