Sometimes you need to send a random message to a subscriber. Usually, this is needed to diversify the chain. For example, in an online game, you want different subscribers to receive different messages.
BotHelp does not have a built-in option to send something randomly, all chains follow a script.
But you can create the appearance of randomness . To do this, you will need to add a number of conditions before sending the message. The conditions can be very diverse, the more of them there are, the more random the result will be.
An example of such a chain:
You can view the template and copy it to your account using this link .
Following these conditions, there are 6 possible outcomes for a subscriber. In this example, they depend on the time, day of the week of entering the chain, and whether the subscriber's name contains the letter "e".
You can also use phone numbers. For example, if the subscriber's phone number contains the number 5, there will be one result, if not, then another.
If you save subscribers' responses in fields using the "Question" block, you can use these responses to further diversify the possible outcomes of the chain.
🚩 You can also implement randomness in the message chain using the "Random Selection" block. More details about this here .
