Fill in all the required data and activate the store.
Creating automation
- In the platform account, go to the section “Automation” — “Receiving payments” and create a “New payment”.
- Write its name and specify the amount. When testing the setup, it is enough to specify a small amount of 2-10 rubles to test the automation.
- Select the "RoboKassa" option.
4. Specify the Robokassa store ID. You can see it in the store settings, section "Technical settings".
5. Select the region of the store. Robokassa.RU and Robokassa.KZ are available for creating payment pages and accepting payments from users
6. Enter password #1 and password #2.
Passwords must be copied from the “Technical settings” of the store in Robokassa.
You can set them yourself or generate them. Attention! Write down the passwords once saved. After saving, they are not displayed in the Robokassa store settings.
When creating new passwords, you will receive a confirmation code by email. Enter it within 20 minutes and click Save .
Important! If you have previously configured payment acceptance on the platform with old passwords, then after creating new ones in all previous automations, you will need to replace the passwords with new ones and save the changes. Otherwise, the previously configured payment methods will stop working.
7. In the payment acceptance settings on the platform, specify the name of the product.
8. Setting up notifications in the Robokassa store.
Enter the links in the Notification URL fields. These links are inserted in the Robokassa settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Also set the data sending method to GET .
Important! You will receive a letter with a code to your email. You must enter this code within 20 minutes to save changes to the store settings.
9. Setting up the payment page.
- Please provide a title.
- Add an image.
- Enter a description.
- Specify the button name. IMPORTANT! The product price is NOT indicated on the landing page, so be sure to specify it in the button name. For example, Pay 990 rubles.
10. Advanced settings.
By default, filling in the email and phone fields is selected.
You can also add conversion tracking via Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.
11. Preview.
Click the Save in the upper right corner, and the Preview . By clicking on it, you can see what the landing page will look like. Please note that this is a preview of the page and you will NOT be able to test the payment! See below for how to do this.
12. Setting up actions.
Go to the Actions section and set up what should happen after a person pays for a product.
For example, you can assign a label and launch another bot or auto-mailing.
We recommend writing a message that the subscriber will receive after successful payment.
! The specified actions and messages will not work for Instagram channels*.
13. Parameters for checks
If you need to use Robokassa checks, then in the payment settings in the "Actions" subsection, you must enable the checkbox. In this case, the nomenclature from the payment page settings will be transferred.
14. Testing.
After setting up, be sure to check the automation. Go to your profile card in your account and send yourself the macro of the created automation in the dialog. For example: {%payment_40%}
The macro is specified in the automation settings.
The payment link is generated after the message has been sent and only works within the correspondence with this user. You cannot send this link in another messenger or to another user, the payment only works via a macro.
Follow the link from the message and test the payment.
