If the subscriber limit is exceeded, we will change the tariff automatically. Payment for licenses for 6 or 12 months is available for individual entrepreneurs, LLCs and LLPs.

BotHelp has limits on sending messages.
If there are no limits on the payment screen in your account, then they are not yet being calculated there.
Currently, for 99% of BotHelp users, the number of messages sent per month corresponds to the selected tariff.
- All messages sent from the account are counted.
- Messages sent from the account to subscribers by agents are counted. Requests for various integrations and other actions are not counted.
- Limits are updated monthly on the payment debit date.
- Unused messages do not carry over to the next month.
- For legal entities, the conditions specified in the paid invoice-offer apply.

Old customers remain on tariffs at the old price as long as an active subscription is enabled in the account.
- For those paying with a card, it is enough not to delete it and have an active subscription. Then the old prices will be saved.
- Legal entities paying by invoice pay for the next subscription before the day the old subscription ends.
- If the old subscription has expired and payment has not arrived, the platform transfers the client to a tariff with a new price.
- Changing the subscriber base of old customers does not transfer them to new prices. This means that if the number of subscribers increases and auto-renewal is enabled, you will move to the next tariff and pay for it at the old prices.
What is included in the cost of using the service?
The price includes absolutely all platform functions. Only the number of subscribers is limited.
How does the subscription fee work?
When activating a subscription, the account will be renewed automatically every month. The new tariff plan will be calculated automatically based on the number of subscribers in the database the day before the payment is made. If during the paid period the number of subscribers exceeds the tariff limits, the account will continue to work, and the difference in the cost of the tariffs will be written off on the next payment date.
Payment for legal entities
Cashless payment is possible for 6 and 12 months. To pay, go to your personal account and generate an invoice-offer, which you can immediately print and pay. Closing documents are generated automatically after payment confirmation.
Example of tariff calculation with subscription
You activated a subscription for 1599 rubles/month for 1000 subscribers and during the month your subscriber base exceeded 1000. In this case, we will automatically transfer you to a tariff with a limit of up to 2000 subscribers, which costs 2399 rubles/month and the difference between the tariffs of 800 rubles will be additionally written off together with the next payment for access to the platform. As a result, 3199 rubles will be written off from you, where 2399 rubles is access to the platform with a limit of up to 2000 subscribers and 800 rubles is the debt for the previous month.
