You can see the number of subscribers in the "Payment" section.

You can view current rates and prices on website .

For details on how subscribers are counted, how they can be exported or deleted, see the Subscribers

Platform capabilities ▶

Trial (test) period

When registering, the user has a 14-day trial period. After this period, you need to activate the subscription.

The trial period expires when you connect to a paid subscription; it is not combined with the subscription.

Subscription activation (tariff payment)

Subscription is a form of payment for the platform. You pay the amount once every 30 days and use the service. The funds are debited from the linked card automatically. There is no need to manually renew or relink the card.

BotHelp offers two types of subscription for our clients:

  • CloudPayments (CP) : subscription payment is possible with a ruble card.
  • Robokassa: subscription payment is possible with a foreign card.

Cashless payment

Legal entities can pay to a bank account. Read more about this in a separate article .

Auto-renewal

▶Auto-renewal is enabled upon first payment. You can cancel auto-renewal by stopping your subscription.

▶Also, if you no longer plan to use the account, do not forget to cancel your subscription.

Cancelling a subscription (disabling automatic charges)

To cancel a subscription, click on the corresponding button in the "Payment" section. Access to the platform will be until the end of the paid period, and then the account will stop.

The message "Auto-renewal disabled" should appear.

Switching to a higher tariff

▶ After the number of subscribers exceeds the limit corresponding to the tariff, the tariff automatically changes to the next one. The account continues to work . You are credited with the difference in cost in the form of an additional payment, which will be withdrawn at the next payment. This is how everything works with an active subscription .

▶ If the subscription is disabled and the number of subscribers exceeds the tariff limit, the account will stop .

We have provided detailed information about switching to the next tariff, exceeding the subscriber limit, and reducing the tariff in the article ▶ Changing the tariff .

Which subscribers are charged?

  • All subscribers are charged, except for those who blocked the chat with the bot/community. If a subscriber unsubscribed from automatic messages, but can still be written to on behalf of the community/channel, such a subscriber is included in the charging.

Unsubscribed subscribers can be found in the "Subscribers" section, filtered by the rule "Unsubscribed" - "Yes".

Refund

Refunds are possible within 7 days from the date of debit. If you stopped using the platform but forgot to cancel your subscription, write to the support chat.

(!) Only payment for the new month is returned. Debt for exceeding the limit for the previous month cannot be returned. Carefully monitor the number of subscribers in your account.

Questions

How to change the linked card?

If necessary, you can change the card linked to your BotHelp account. It is important that when you change the card, the account will continue to work, and the next write-off will be made with the new card.

The mechanism for changing the card depends on the payment system through which you previously paid for your BotHelp subscription.

1. Cancel your current subscription. In other words, turn off auto-renewal.

  • In this state, your account will continue to work until the end of the paid period. But then the subscription will end and the work of the account will be stopped.

2. Reactivate your subscription.

  • In the Payment section of your account, find and click the Activate Subscription .
  • Pay for your new subscription with a new card.
  • Done. You have linked a new card, the paid subscription will start working immediately after the current one ends. The following payments will be debited from the new card.

How to pay in advance?

In CP, you can pay in advance if the account is working, but auto-renewal is disabled. Activate the subscription before the end of the paid period, and the account will continue to work without interruption.

Before payment, we show a warning that a new subscription will start working after the current one ends. So, you can pay for one new subscription.

Is it possible to transfer payment from one account to another?

There is no such option. Subscription activation is linked to the CP payment service. The subscription is activated only upon payment, there is no manual method.

We can return the erroneously transferred amount for one account, and the user activates the subscription in another account.

Mobile adaptation of the "Tariff and payment" section.

Now you can easily and conveniently pay and manage your subscription directly from your phone.
