To go to the interlocutor's card:

- Select the required dialog from the general list.
- In the upper right corner you will see an arrow pointing to the left. Click on it and the interlocutor's card will open.
- To start editing any field, you need to hover over the field, click on the pencil icon ✎ — now you can change the value. The value is saved instantly when you move to another field or when you press the Enter on the keyboard.
If you make a mistake in a validation field (for example, email), you will not be able to save the changes. The field will be highlighted in red. - In the "Tags" category, you can select a tag to assign to the subscriber. If you want to create a new one, simply enter the name of the new tag in the field. It will be assigned to the subscriber and saved in the general list of tags in the account.
- Inside the interlocutor's card, you can click on "⋮" in the upper right corner and on the Delete . All data of this subscriber and correspondence with him will be deleted from the account without the possibility of recovery.
- Unsubscribe button will unsubscribe the user from the bot. You can subscribe the user to the bot by clicking the button again.
