The BotHelp platform is a software product that allows you to create a chatbot and connect it to social networks. Bothelp is not a data processing center (DPC) and does not act as an operator of personal data when transferring data to third-party services .

  • Daily data backups are performed , which allows you to restore information and ensure its safety if necessary.
