Steps statistics

To see the statistics of a specific bot, you need to go to it, but do not click the Edit . You will see the bot chain, and at the top of each step - the statistics for that step:

Decoding statistics

Chats — the number of messages sent. Do not confuse with the number of subscribers, each subscriber can receive a message several times if they restart the bot. All transitions will be counted in the statistics.

Views — the number of opened messages. The percentage is calculated from the number of sent messages.

Clicks — the number of clicks on the button from the number of sent ones. If there is no button in the step, then there will be 0.

Delay and Schedule steps

The Delay and Schedule steps display the number of subscribers currently in that step.

Clicking on a number will open a list of subscribers.

  • From the list you can open a dialogue with a subscriber.
  • In the future we will add actions with this list of subscribers.

Button statistics

Each individual button has its own statistics, which are displayed directly on the button:

The percentage is calculated from the total number of views of the message with the button. Each new view without a click on the button will reduce the percentage of clicks. Repeated clicks on the same button do not affect its statistics.

Button statistics work not only in the "text" block, but also in quick answers in the "question" block.

Reset statistics

After testing the bot and before your subscribers start to go through it, we recommend resetting the statistics. This is necessary if you want to see the current bot statistics by subscribers, and not the total statistics of testing and subscribers.

(!) If the statistics of a multi-step bot have been reset, it will stop for all subscribers who are currently going through it.

Features of Telegram

There are no view statistics for Telegram, as their API does not provide this. There are also no click statistics for Telegram on quick answers to questions.

For all other messengers, statistics on views and clicks are displayed if the message contains buttons.

For Telegram, we track click statistics on URL-type buttons, but not on action buttons.

For all other messengers, statistics on views and clicks are displayed if the message contains buttons.
